Introduction (Marinette POV)

It was a new year at Françoise Dupont, and the summer had been wonderful. Marinette had gotten an internship at the Agrestes, making sure the clothing fit well for photoshoots. She and Adrien were still a happy couple, and Chloe started to date Nathaniel, so she wasn't that jealous of her and Adrien anymore. Alya's Blog was a big success, and Nino gave all the positive's nicknames. The sassy popular girls (like Chloe) were the Sunshines, the little kids (like Manon) were Rainbows, and the boys (like Kim, Much to Nino's amusement) were the Unicorns. Nino was the head unicorn, and the Sunshines were all assigned to a Rainbow. On the first day of school there were two new girls: Jade Couture and Ariana (or Ria) Beaulieu. Marinette watched as Ria shut down Chloe's rude comments, and Jade used all her knowledge to prove that Lila's dress wasn't real silk (she was trying to convince Rose that it was.) As they walked out of the classroom the first day, Marinette could see two potential miraculous holders. Not that it would be that needed. Hawk Moth hadn't sent out an akuma in days. Marinette became good friends with Jade because she loved fashion. She kept designing different versions of the Ladybug suit in class. Ria and Alya both loved blogging and researching about the miraculouses, and they became good friends too. Even though she never said so, she knew that Ria had a crush on Chat Noir. As Marinette went to bed that night, she was at eaze. Hawk Moth hadn't akumatized anyone in days, she and her boyfriend were happy, and the school year was off to a good start. Her life was perfect. If only she knew....
