Part 17 Fly the Coop (Natalie/Chat Noir/Ladybug POV)

Nathalie was used to a lot of work. When Gabriel was arrested all she had to do was help Adrien around the house. That boy couldn't cook without lighting the stove on fire. When she saw Miss Rossi- Oh, sorry- Darkfly. She was immediately displeased. Lila was evil, manipulative, and Adrien deserved better than that. She looked around at the havoc and slipped away. She put on the pin that she so rarely used "Hello Dusuu" Dusuu smiled weakly. Nathalie couldn't blame her. They didn't have a good history "Dusuu, you're getting a new master. Please cooperate." Dusuu nodded. Not like she had a choice. Nathalie ran through the havoc to Ladybug "Here, take this!" Ladybug looked shocked "How did you- you're Mayura!" Nathalie smiled "Yes, now take this, you'll need it!" Ladybug smiled and took the pin. She took Nathalie's hand in hers "Thank you. Your secret is safe with me." She pinned the miraculous onto the collar of her dress, and Dusuu flew out. She looked at Ladybug in shock and awe, then at Nathalie, who nodded. Tikki flew over to hug Dusuu "Dusuu!" Ladybug smiled "Tikki, Dussu, unif-!" she was interrupted by a loud crash Darkfly had hit Chat Noir the whole way across the room and he had crashed into one of the arches. Ladybug gasped and ran over to him. He wasn't moving. She crouched down and hugged him "Come on, Chat, don't leave me now!" he didn't respond. "Chat Noir! You better wake up now or I'll.... I'll" she sobbed. Darkfly justed looked on, interested "Why are you so weak, Ladybug? Just one little thing sends you tipping out of control!" Ladybug stood and wiped away her tears "SHUT" she flung herself at Darkfly "UP" she smacked the girl so hard that there was a large hand mark on her left cheek. Suddenly, there was a groan behind them. Chat was propped up on his elbows, trying to get up. Ladybug tackled him back down. She was so beautiful, her hair messy, face smudged with mud, ash, and streaked with tears. She stood "Tikki, Dusuu, unify!" Chat was in awe. She was literally the most beautiful person he ever saw. Featherbug charged into battle, using her yoyo to propel herself into the air. She began to fight against Darkfly. Darkfly might have been good, but Ladybug had years of experience under her belt. Eventually, Darkfly grabbed Ladybugs yoyo and swung her to the ground. She had the sharp tip of her cane pointed at Featherbug's face, but Featherbug caught something out of the corner of her eye. She backflipped off the arch just as Chat Noir shouted "Cataclysm!" the arch crumbled, burying Darkfly under the stones. The superhero team began moving the stone, but Darkfly was gone. She had disappeared into thin air. Ladybug looked over behind the crumbled arch. Darkfly was standing there, seething with rage "You may have won this battle, but this war is far from over!" she ran away. Everyone cheered and Ladybug and Chat Noir kissed. Rena took Ladybug to get her dress fixed, and they all went to the Eiffel tower to celebrate. Ladybug was content. This was the happiest day of her life, and though she needed help defeating Darkfly, she knew just who to enlist on her team of superheroes. Fireworks went off in honor of the superheroes, and they went over to Adrien's house, detransformed, and camped out. It was perfect.
