Part 7 Bamboo (Ria/Jade POV)

The battle was not going well. Carapace had already been akumatized into Shell Shock and Rena Rouge was trying to de akumatized him. She chased after him screaming "Slow down and get de-akumatized or I'll cancel Saturday's date!" It had little effect. Chat Noir and Copycat were in a big fight over who could get Ladybug. "SHE'S MINE!" screamed Copycat. Chat Noir looked incredulous "WE'RE ALREADY DATING!" He shouted back. Ladybug walked over to Copycat "Hi Kitty" she said flirtatiously. She leaned in really close and.... she grabbed his bell and punched it. The small black and purple butterfly flew out. Three seconds later a dazed Theo sat on the ground. Chat joined the group and looked at the two girls. Ruby was hyperventilating. Honeybee leaned in "Your fangirling is noticeable. He already has a girlfriend, it's Ladybug, let it go" she whispered. Ruby sighed "I know, and I ship LadyNoir" Chat smiled at the two girls, "New members of the team, huh? Don't worry, I'll show you everything I know" At that moment Antibug swung down and Yo Yoed him in the stomach. He folded like a deck chair. Ladybug smirked at his expression "You are such a dork" she helped him up and kissed him "You're my dork, but you're still a dork" Chat grinned "I can live with that!" Antibug looked angrily at Honeybee, then at Ladybug "You gave HER MY MIRACULOUS!" She was fuming "This is ridiculous! UTTERLY RIDICULOUS" Honeybee suddenly got an idea "Ya know, she was going to give it to Aurora, But she already got akumatized" Antibug was furious "WHAT!!!" she began to attack Stormy Weather as though her life and honor depended on it. They ended up finishing each other off, and two Akumas later Chloe and Aurora were standing on the sidewalk with them. Seeing his girlfriend, Evillustrator jumped down and drew some flowers to cheer her up. It didn't work "Seriously Nathaniel!? You just had to go get yourself akumatized like every other person in Paris!" he shrunk under her gaze. Chloe continued "Now GIVE Ladybug the akumatized item!" He did, despite Scarlett Moth yelling at him "NO Evillustrator, what do you think you're doing?" He shrugged "Sorry boss, but between you and my girlfriend, she is much scarier than you." The couple walked off, Chloe looking happy for once. In the next half hour they had de-akumatized half of Paris. They were still losing, though. Rena had been shot by Dark Cupid's arrows, and Rena Rage soon joined the akumatized army. Honeybee saw this and got a sudden Idea "Ladybug, when Chat Noir got shot by Dark Cupid, what did you do?" Ladybug frowned while kicking Riposte away "I kissed him ...?" Honeybee smiled and ran after Shell Shock. She walked up to him "Hi!" he looked profoundly confused "Hello?" Honeybee smiled sweetly "So, I'm just gonna take your akuma, okay?" Shell Shock unslung his shield and threw it at her. She sidestepped easily and caught it with one hand. She swung it around and it spun towards his chest. He fell back as it hit him and Honeybee smashed the bracelet and the red butterfly flew out. Which would've been fine if she hadn't smashed her fist doing it. Shell Shock soon became Carapace and looked around, confused. Ruby motioned to his evilized girlfriend and he sighed "Oh, boy" Carapace went over to Rena Rage "Hey Rena" She snarled "Get away from me" He looked back at the rest of the crew, who gave him a thumbs up. He shrugged and kissed her. She tried to push him away, but soon, just sorta went with it. Rena Rouge looked at everyone, then at the scarlett akuma. She buried her face in her hands "Don't tell me I got akumatized again!" Carapace laughed "Don't worry, I did too!" Finally, they had everyone. Akuma's were goin' down like crazy. All was going well ... until it wasn't. Dark Cupid had not been de-akumatized and was aiming at Chat Noir. The arrow hit him in the back so hard he fell over. Ladybug gasped "Oh, no no no no....." She sprinted over to her boyfriend. He was holding out surprisingly long, but he was still on his knees. Ladybug sat next to him "You ok? You look like something the cat dragged in" It was a weak attempt at humor. The worry in her voice was clear. Chat laughed lightly, his eyes unfocused "Yeah, probably. But, you need to get away from me because you know what will happen." Ladybug nodded, tears in her eyes. The akuma came and landed on his bell. Ladybug suddenly got an idea. Risky, needed a lot of trust, but she was ready "Lucky charm!" It gave her a rope. She tied up her evilized partner and dragged him off. This was going to be risky.
