"You're really ambitious, Yuta." I put on a smirk expression.

"You're with me, right? Mina." He asked with impertinent tone.

I pretend to be in thought to see his reaction.

He still looked confident, like he's 100% sure I'm not gonna betray him because he got my flaw. He was wrong, for the future of my country, I'm willing to make sacrifices.

"I got no reason to say no, Yuta." He smirked, satisfied to hear my answer. "You're my good girl." He patted my head then walked away. My lips slowly creeping upward after watching him gone completely.

I took out my phone which is on recording. I paused then tapped send the voice message to Tzuyu.

During lunchtime, Tzuyu and I met up with the doctor who are responsible for the in vitro fertilization. She's actually a senior of Tzuyu from their previous academy institution. They were acquaintances back then, but after knowing they worked at the same hospital, they have become friends.

"Doctor Chong, could you freeze my eggs? My husband rushed me in for having a baby, but the problem is I'm not ready."

"You need to have discussion prior making this decision. This's about a life."

I know that's why I don't want a life get involved in this war.

"I know. That's why I'm here. Please don't tell my husband about this. I told him I'm pregnant. Please help me."

She looked defeated. She looked over Tzuyu who was looking as desperate as I do. Her eyes was like saying you owe me this time, Chou Tzuyu.

Myoui house

I asked them to stay after dinner because I want to tell them something important.

Here I am sitting in front of my parent at the living room, feeling a bit nervous, it's time to reveal the secrets.

Not sure where to start the story, I adjusted my posture awkwardly while they were waiting for me to start the conversation.
"Genos, please come over here."
The bodyguard, who was standing at the genkan(entryway), coming in with greetings.
"Have you prepare the evidences?" He nodded in response then stood beside me.

I turned to my parent with a straight face.
"I know you had assigned Genos tracking me down to make sure I'm safe. But thanks for that, we found out who's the kidnapper."

I looked over Genos, indicated him for sharing his investigation to my parent. Shocking, angry, upset, and confusion were all over their face upon hearing the news. I then fill in the information I collected with our conversations in the recordings as solid evidences.

I'll never forget the look on their faces, they're about to cry for not knowing I went through all this alone. That's what I wanna told them today as well is that I'm not alone. I have Tzuyu.

"Father, mother, I'm not alone. I have someone who has been helping since the beginning. Rescue me from kidnapper, pretend to be my boyfriend, help me with faking my pregnancy; she is my strategist and my girlfriend: Tzuyu."

They looked overwhelming.

"Hold on, that's a lot to take in in one day. What do you mean pretend to be your boyfriend but she's also your girlfriend? I'm so confused." Father rubbed his forehead and Mother stood up then sat beside me.

"I don't wanna marry to Nakamoto because by the time I was being in relationship with Momo." Mother hold up her hand, indicated me to pause. "Momo?! I thought you are friends?"
"How long have you been together?" Another question from Father.
"We were until we broke up. We have been together for a month." I think Mother had sensed my sudden sadness. She hold onto my hands to comfort me.
"Why—" Father was about to ask more questions but was interrupted by Mother.
"Please continue your story." She gave a meaningful glance to Father who immediately stayed quiet to let me talk.
"I lied to you that I have a boyfriend because I don't wanna coming out at that kind of moment, at least not in front of Nakamoto. So Tzuyu helped me by disguising as my boyfriend."
"She did a pretty good jobs. I couldn't tell he's a girl." Father commented out of blue. "At least my warning still accountable." He continued. "Because when you broke up with Yu Ming, I was pretty upset of the waste of showing my authority as a father." He laughed at his own joke. Mother and I couldn't help smiling along with him. "We're right all along. Because father and I both have the same gut feelings that Yu Ming was the right guy. So when you broke up, we're like 'how's that possible!'. Ya, we should call him Tzuyu now." I'm so glad they accepted Tzuyu instantly.

I continued my story.
"I don't wanna pull Momo in this complicated situation so I broke up with her. However, Prince Yuta caught us kiss at that time and he blackmailed me to marry him. I don't wanna ruin the reputation of family and father's dream so I agreed. I'm sorry that I didn't tell you when you sensed my unwillingness; I just afraid of the consequences and I don't wanna lose you." I looked at them sincerely. Mother just pulled me into a hug then Father pulled us into a group hug. I cried instantly in their arms. I'm really happy that they're my parent.

Father called the Imperial House and he commanded to have a meeting with the Head of Imperial Family.

"Mina, we are here for you. With this solid proof of evidence, he will be sentenced life imprisonment." Mother assured me and listed out the crimes he'll be charged with. I appreciated their support and help. Right now, I just wanna share this precious moment with Tzuyu.

"Can I invited Tzuyu come to have dinner with us?" I asked both of them. They smiled genuinely. "Of course."

I immediately took out my phone to call her.

"Hi." She sounded very tired.
"Hi, Tzuyu. Would you like to have dinner with my family tonight?" It's peacefully quiet on the other side. "Are u there?" I asked in doubt. "Yeah, yeah. I'm just surprised and don't know what to say." I chuckled to her cute reaction. "Just say yes, baby. I'll come pick you up soon."

I can't wait to tell her everything and witness her reaction by person. My car slowly stopped at her front gate, she was waiting at the front porch. There's a big smile on her face when she noticed my car. We haven't seen each other after work since Nakamoto had been guarded me. But since I'm at my parent's house, he agreed to let me out of his sight for this time.

She got on the car and ready to hear my explanation. "I told everything to my parent including our relationship." She gasped. "Are they mad?" She let out a question without thinking straight, triggered me to laugh at her nervous reaction. "Tzuyu, don't worry. They really like you. They're happy to see you again except this time as Tzuyu, not Yu Ming."
She couldn't stop smiling throughout the car journey. She had the same reaction like Ray, my puppy, when we first adopted him back to my house, he kept smiling at everybody, excited to have a new home. I still remembered when we're signing the paper, the blood running down my nose caused by excitement. Good old days.
Feeling nostalgic, I looked over her into the eyes and said, "I'm glad I met you."
