Day 16

Dear Diary,

It's been a week since I met Dominic and I must say that he's one of the reasons why I'm braver this time to fight my battle! His optimism is contagious kung kaya't pati ako ay nahawaan na. Okay naman kina Mom and Dad for me to have a friend around here in the hospital, close na nga sila agad. Given that he's funny and nice malamang marami siguro siyang friends. I envy him:(

Dominic frequents me in the hospital, bringing me to the garden and spent hours talking, singing and playing with me. Yes! We played snakes and ladders kanina, nagdala siya ng board! I was blessed to have him as a friend.

He told me, he'll see me again tomorrow in the garden because he has a gift for me.

I have to rest na, napagod ako kanina.
