Stephens P.O.V
Baby, were you crying?"
I know I haven't been home for a while but I know this is not how Alex normally looks.
She slowly walked out of the room, she looked like she wanted to speak but no words were coming out.
I tried to rush to her side but before I could she put her hands out for balance and then collapsed on the floor.

"Lex come on baby get up," I said as I shook her lifeless body.
I ran back to the kitchen counter to grab my phone and call 911.
I sat next to Alex holding her as we waiting for the Ambulance to arrive but she didn't make a single move.
"Baby, please come on, you gotta wake up" I tried and tried but got no response.
Soon the paramedics came inside and tended to Alex also failing to get any form of response.
The shorter guy came over to me asking what happened and other questions but I couldn't even think straight at that moment I just needed to know she was okay.

After a very long ride to the hospital, they took Alex back and I called my parents because I didn't know what else to do. They showed up a few minutes later asking so many questions I didn't even know the answer to.

"So what happened?" My mom asked as she put a comforting hand on my back.

"I just got home and she walked out and just passed out I don't know what happened."

"It's okay baby they will figure it out," she said as she continued to rub my back.

I put my head in my hands, I was so frustrated that I couldn't help her right now.
That's what I'm here for, I'm supposed to be the man who keeps her safe and picks her up when she is down and not being able to do that makes me feel like I failed her...
A doctor walked out of the emergency room and into the waiting room.
"Mr. Curry?"

"Yes sir," I said standing up

"Okay, so I understand you're Alex's boyfriend correct?"

I just nodded in response

"So we are still checking her out she is slightly alert but still has a little bit to go and I just need to ask you some questions I'm the meantime if that's alright with you?"

I nodded my head as encouragement for him to continue.

"Okay is there any medication Ms. Lucas is on?"

"Not anything I know of."

"Recent sickness? Injury? Anything like that?"

"No sir"

"Okay well thank you for your time we will finish getting her checked out then you can see her"

"Thank you," I said before sitting back down next to my mom.
I looked over to see my brother and sister walking in, I looked over at my mom with my eyebrow raised in question.

"I called them. I knew you needed all the support you could get."
I gave a weak smile in appreciation.
I stood up again as Sydel hugged me after that Seth came up and did the same.

"So how is she doing? Have you heard anything yet?" Seth asked before taking a seat.
I shook my head I knew If I got into detail I would just want to cry and my mother took notice.
"The doctor just came out to ask questions but that's all."

"I just want this to be over" I leaned back and put my hands over my face.

"It's gonna be over soon don't worry Stephen" Sydel assured.
