Taylor's P.O.V.                  (Jessica's best friend)

I was at a club with my boyfriend and another close friend of mine I invited my best friend Jessica but her boyfriend didn't want her to go out tonight, I personally have never been a fan of the guy he's always seemed a bit off he has a big head because he's in the NBA and a supposed to be an amazing player but I'm not a fan.

I had many drinks but I was not close to drunk and I made sure of it when I looked at the entrance where a lot of commotion was going on only to see the one and only Stephen Curry more known as his role of Jessica's boyfriend.

I was excited when I saw him holding somebody's hand thinking maybe he actually let Jess come after all but to my surprise he was walking with some other girl, Jess is a short brunette, absolutely stunning.
This was a tall blonde with a horrible fake tan so obviously not Jess.

I wanted to go up and say something to him but my boyfriend told me to just leave it alone and I listened but never took my eyes off of Stephen and the girl he was with.

After a little bit at the bar, he was only getting closer and closer to this girl up until he crossed a line by kissing her.
I was beyond mad at him knowing that my best friend was at home while he was out cheating on her with this tramp.
After he kissed her his eyes met mine and I know I had a look of disgust on my face but I didn't even care anymore.

He grabbed the girl's hand and walked over to where I was sitting.

"I trust you won't speak of this to Jess?" Stephen said very strictly.

I couldn't even believe this guy.

Taylor like many others went over to Stephen and Jessica's shared home for a laid back Fourth of July party with many friends and family.
Taylor hadn't mentioned what she had seen at the bar a couple of nights ago because she didn't want it to be something she said over the phone, she wanted to be there for her best friend through this horrible time.

She only grew angrier as she watched the couple from across the room, Jess was sitting on Stephens lap while Stephen had his arms around her waist as they talked to family.
Stephen went on and on about how Jessica was the love of his life and so many other things that just made Taylor want to throw up.

When Jess got up to get something out of the kitchen that's when Taylor took her sign to follow her, she hesitated at first but continued behind her.

"Jess we need to talk"

"Yeah okay, I just need one minute to-" Jessica was getting ready to walk over to the table before Taylor grabbed her arm.

"No, we need to talk now"

"Okay, are you good?"

It hasn't occurred to Taylor until this moment she wasn't really sure how to tell Jessica about what she saw that night.

"Are you and Stephen doing okay?"

Jessica's face was quickly taken over with a bright smile.

"Of course. We've never been better. I feel like we got closer since the pregnancy-"

"The what?"

Jessica quickly put her hands over her mouth.

"I didn't just say that... we found out a couple of weeks ago" she smiled "we're having a baby" she shrieked.

"Oh my gosh, I can't believe it..."

"Neither can I. I was afraid Stephen would be mad but he was so excited when I told him he said he couldn't wait for us to be a family"

Taylor stood there speechless.

"I'm really happy," Jess said.

"Jess come here!" Stephen yelled from the living room.

"Sorry I'll be right back" Jessica left very bubbly while Taylor stood unsure of what to do now.

Taylor went back into the living room feeling like a horrible friend for not saying anything but she cared more about her heart than anything so she silently watched the two laugh and talk while her heart broke at Jessica's obliviousness...
