Janel's Pov:
Week 3 was by far my favorite. We got the first tens of the season and we did jazz! My favorite type of dance.. I could barely breath. After all the struggle we were in we mad through and showed the judges that we could really do it! It was a perfect dance!
Today Val and I were talking about the dance this week. It was about our most memorable year and to that we were going to do a rumba. Sitting on the floor with Val I was telling Val about the years when I moved from Hawaii to Cali and When I got the call to he on PLL. He was listening to me intently until I finished.
"Okay, with all the emotion babe, you bring all of that into a dance and make the most powerful dance." He said to me.
Getting up off the floor, Val pulled me to him and kissed my forehead. I started learning the steps along with him up to the point that we had a full routine. Now, I just needed to connect them and make a perfect dance. When Val got all the steps down, he pulled me towards him and started the dance.
He was so romantic and I just wanted to stop everything put my lips with mine but his attitude didn't show it. We had decided to take a five minute break, I walked out towards the break room and grabbed a water bottle.
"Tough day?" Bethany asked sitting down on the couch.
"Tough is an understatement to how I feel right now.." I smiled taking the seat besides her.
"Hey J? Can I ask you a question?" Beth asked me in a low voice.
"Sure Beth, go right ahead.."
"Okay, is there something wrong with an age gap? And like, do you like Val I just want to know.. You don't have to tell me but.."
Laughing Bethany stopped and looked at me confused. "Bethany, I know you like Derek. Go for it and yes." I whispered before standing up then walking out.

Rehearsal was really a blur, we practiced our rumba, talked, went out for lunch then practiced some more. Nothing out of the usual. Tonight Val and I were going to spend the night at my house. When I got to my house, I was attacked by my dog Oreo. Smiling down at her, I ran up to my room and showered.
Throwing on my Do Not Care pj Top with some black leggings, my still wet hair was thrown in a messy bun then I made my way down my stairs. Sitting on my couch, Oreo jumped into my lap I grabbed my phone off of the couch and saw a message from Val.
From Val: Can I bring ginger w/ me?
ME: yes, bring her!!
Ginger was Val dog, she was absolutely gorgeous, one this. She was an all black ball so I didn't understand why she was called ginger. After ten minutes, my doorbell rang and Ginger came running in while Val smiled down at me.
"She's really excited.."Val chuckled while he kissed my hand and walked in.
I closed the door behind him and walked out to the living room and sat down on the couch. Both dogs took their seats on my lap, Val sat down besides me and pulled me towards him slowly. I smiled leaning on him softly, he smelled amazing, while we watched the fault in our stars, he would rub my arm and I would pet the two dog.
The movie ended after an hour or two, Val took the popcorn bowl to the kitchen. Both dogs followed him as well. I clicked on my phone and noticed it was only ten o'clock, throwing my blanket to the side, I walked towards the kitchen seeing Val give the dogs a half of hot dogs.
"Your spoiling the babies.." I said walking towards him.
"Our babies deserve to be spoiled.." He smiled up at me.
Oh god, I was about to pass out when he said those words. I smiled and squatted down next to him and petted the dogs. Val stood up and grabbed my arm pulling me up as well. He pulled me up towards him.
"I have something to you tell you.." Val whispered to me.
"What is it?" I asked quietly.
"Well..."
