Happy Saturday, my beloved Reader! Spend it by reading...

Nasa loob na kami ng bar and it's name is irritating the heck out of me. Viper's Nest pangalan nito, reminding me of Ayla.

We rented a whole booth with a rectangular table and two long seats placed across each other. Nakaupo si Lantern sa tabi ko. Si Chill naman nasa harap namin.

Lumagok ulit ako ng whiskey. I know Chill and Lantern are looking at me as if I pooped rainbows dahil naka-limang baso na ako habang sila ay pangalawa pa lang but my mind is else where.

Hindi matanggal sa isip ko. Ayla seems like a nice girl and Airen will never lie to me, pero yung view na halos magyakapan na sila sa harap ko, para 'yong permanent marker na naisulat mo sa white board! Nang sinubukan mo nang pahiin, hindi na matanggal.

I no longer want to make this issue grow bigger pero ayaw talagang mawala sa isipan ko. Halos mag iisang oras na kaming nandito sa bar. Tuwing kinakausap ako nung dalawa, I answered half-assed.

I wonder kung nasa shoot pa rin sina Ayla at Airen? Ano kaya ginagawa nila? Sana matapos na kaagad. I hope Airen would text me soon and send me his pics and videos again-okay wait, too clingy. Very clingy! What's happening to me? Hindi ko na 'to nagugustuhan!

I immediately pour myself another cup and drank the whole thing.

Sixth glass, people, but dahil mataas tolerance ko sa alcohol, nakakaramdam lang ako ng konting pagkahilo and nothing else.

I want to make myself forget that view. Why the heck it's not happening?

"Zony, is there any problem?" asked Chill.

I stared at him and then at Lantern. Kaagad ko ring iniwas ang tingin ko.

"You are supposed to be smiling and twirling your hair right now. Period mo ba, Zonrox?" dagdag ni Lantern.

"Hindi!"

"Then why?" tanong ni Lantern.

"A...Airen."

Narinig ko ang paghinga ng malalim ni Chill.

"What did that fool say this time?" he asked.

The alcohol might have helped because I didn't have problems confessing,

"He was with this girl, Ayla. They looked really close and it's bothering me when I know I shouldn't be bothered! And I'm also fucking irritated at myself because I feel like I'm being too clingy! Argh!"

Natahimik saglit 'yung dalawa. I narrowed my eyes at Lantern nang bigla itong natawa.

"This is epic!" he said sabay inom ng whiskey.

"Epic? Suntukin kaya kita diyan para maging epic 'yang mukha mo?" banta ko sa kaniya. Pinapatunog ko na kamao readying for the attack.

Lantern grinned at me and said,

"I kinda missed this Zonrox na palagi akong inaaway. You're nothing but being too sweet at me these days."

Sweet? What is he talking about?

"Sweet ka diyan! Inaaway pa rin naman kita ah!"

"But not like this. Not full blown. You know why you no longer wish to fight me like crazy?" tanong ni Lantern habang mas inilalapit pa yung mukha niya sa mukha ko.

"You tell me." bulong ko sa kaniya. I kept it short because we're so near and my lips brushed with his lips if I move my mouth.

It's turning me on and I don't want to be turn on...yet.

"Because you already surrendered yourself to me, Zony. Akin ka na. Akin na akin."

Cheeks warming, I moved my face away. Lantern leaned back chuckling.

"Taas talaga ng tingin mo sa sarili mo eh no?" sabi ko. Lantern sip again and replied,

"And you love it. You love me anyway."

Hindi na ako nakasagot dahil he's not really helping me prevent these yummy aches starting all over my body, especially on that place between my legs.

"That's what you call jealousy." singit ni Chill.

"Definitely not!" kaagad na sagot ko. I took a huge gulp of my drink.

"Definitely yes." replied Chill.

"Chill, I'm not jealous, okay?"

"You're jealous, Zony. Admit it. It will be lighter if you do. You're jealous but you have the right to be especially if Airen surprised you with it, no notice in advance."

Nag...nagseselos ba talaga ako?

Mukha nga. Because Chill's right. When I slowly admit it to myself, mas gumaan pakiramdam ko.

"Fudge, yes. I think I am." I admitted to them.

I gulped the rest of the whiskey on my glass and poured myself another.

"But you don't have to be. Airen is in love with you. He would never betray you. I know that girl and what's going on between them right now is...just business."

Hearing that confirmation from Chill makes me feel better. At least he confirmed they are really doing business...nothing else.

"I like this jealous Zonrox. Pagselosin din kaya kita?" tanong ni Lantern.
