I woke up to see my tangled form with William. He looked so cute while sleeping, with his lips, pouted a bit and face pink from all the sleeping.

I ran my fingers through his soft, mushy hair before kissing the top of his nose. He stirred a bit, mumbling something incoherent and wrapped around me tighter.

"Happy Halloween, boyfriend, it's your official day," I said grinning at my own words.

William popped one eye open before smiling and coming forward to kiss me. I just placed a hand on my mouth and mumbled,

"Morning breath will kill you."

"Too bad, I'm already dead."

With that, he kissed me deeply taking my breath away. Literally.

I stood in front of my cupboard seeing my options. I could wear a normal dress and do a scary makeup. I could dress up as Minnie. Or- an idea struck me. Oh, William's gonna love this.

I twirled for a final look and saw the reflection of the character of 'Corpse bride' staring at me. It was a hassle to find an old gown but I did and it also had a blue shade like the gown in the movie. I did the makeup but Aunt helped me do the hair. Only the blue hair was missing but Aunt saved the day by spraying some temporary hair colour.

Now I was just waiting for William who I told to wear a tux. I don't know if he would, but he had been gone for a while now. Mikayla had planned that we all shall go together. Jaxon seemed hesitant but gave in later.

It was almost seven, meaning Mikayla would be honking at my door anytime. I looked at the mirror and applied some last minute makeup.

"Oh my word," I heard William from back and looked at the mirror to see his reaction.

His mouth was agape. I twirled around to give him a view but my mouth also hung with my eyebrows shot up seeing him. He looked completely foreign in a tuxedo that had a small rose button. His whole structure looked more divine and I was sure any girl would have died to be with him.

Take that non-existent women.

He walked forward, still staring at me with a surprised look.

"You look beautiful-"

"Look at you-"

We both started then stopped talking at the same time.

"This is for you," William said placing a small bouquet of roses in my hand. It had roses and two lavenders.

"This is so pretty," I said giving him a hug. I could feel the muscles under his clothes which defined his body.

He looked back at me then placed a small lingering kiss. Just when he was deepening it-

The door bell rang.

"That must be Mikayla and Jaxon, let's go," I said as we broke apart.

William just gave me a pout before I kissed him again smiling at his childish act as we made our way downstairs.

"Oh my, is that from the corpse bride?" Mikayla asked.

"Yep, it is, and did you dress as Ann-"

"Yeah, I dressed up as Ann Darrow," Mikayla said as I looked at her wearing a simple gown but a giant King Kong hand around her waist.

Jaxon was standing in the porch, dressed up as a detective. As Sherlock Holmes. He turned around and gave a smile when he saw us approaching.

"Let's go, Elijah's waiting in the car," Mikayla said.
