The car ride was about twenty minutes and the hotel we were staying at was right across the street from a Disney town. It was full of different shops and restaurants that had something to do with every Disney movie ever made. Behind the hotel, there was a pool, hot tub, waterfall and ping-pong tables. There were lawn chairs set up and covering every inch of the patio. The inside of the hotel was incredible. It wasn’t what you thought a Disney resort would look like. It was a lot more fancy.

“Riley and I are sharing a room." I announced as we walked up to the counter. I felt as if Riley and I hadn’t had a lot of ‘girl time’ since the boys came back, so I was hoping that sharing a room with her would give us that. I wanted to talk to her about the whole Niall situation anyways. She grinned at me and looped her arm through mine. “Perfect! We need to talk about things.” She told me.

I wasn’t sure what she wanted to talk to me about, but I couldn’t wait to find out. Maybe she could help me get the clarification that I needed about the way Niall was acting. He acted like he liked me while other times he didn’t. Couldn’t he just pick one attitude and stick to it? “How about we all get ready and go to the Disney town?” Zayn suggested.

We all agreed, got our room keys, and went to get ready. There wasn’t much we had to do, but I wanted to get the whole Niall situation out of the way. As soon as the door was closed and Riley threw her suitcase on the bed closest to the window, I opened my mouth to speak. But Riley beat me to it. “So, what’s going on with you and Niall?” She asked.

I was shocked. Had she noticed everything between Niall and I? If there ever was even anything between us. “W-what?” I stammered. She sat on the bed and looked at me. “You guys make it obvious you like each other, why hasn’t anything happened yet?” she replied. I let out a big sigh and sat on the other bed. “I don’t know, he keeps giving me mixed signals. One minute he acts like he likes me, the next he wants nothing to do with me. I don’t get it!” I exclaimed.

“Something great is going to happen with you two while we’re here. I know it.” Riley smiled. Before I had time to respond, there was a knock. I got up and made my way to the door but when I looked through the peephole, there was nobody there. I thought Louis was playing a trick on us until there was another knock. “Pay, we have joining rooms.” Riley nodded to the random door in the wall. I opened it to see Harry and Niall smiling at me.

“Ready to go?” They asked in unison. I looked over at Riley who nodded. “Yup.” I smiled. I closed the door and grabbed my purse. “We’re gonna have to be careful with what we say.” I whispered to Riley as we met the boys in the hall. She nodded before running over to Louis and jumping on his back. He ran down the hall while the rest of us slowly followed behind.

“Like your room?” Niall asked, coming up to stand beside me. “Yeah, it’s nice!” I responded. Once we turned the corner where the elevators were, Louis and Riley were nowhere in sight. The five of us got in the elevator and went to the lobby. “Oh God.” Niall laughed as we walked into the lobby. We stopped a few feet away from Riley and Louis who were getting scolded from a security guard for causing too much noise.

Once we got to the Disney town, we all split up. Harry went with Liam and Zayn, Riley went with Louis and I went with Niall. “Don’t worry, I won’t let what happened at the mall happen again.” Niall said, adding a wink. Wait, a wink? I felt as if I was imaging things. But when Niall took my hand in his, I knew this was all very real. “What are you doing?” I asked. I had to try and keep my voice calm because I was freaking out on the inside.

“Holding your hand obviously.” He laughed. I rolled my eyes at him. “Well no shit! But why?” I laughed with him. He shrugged and pulled me into one of the stores. “There’s a lot of people here, we don’t want you getting lost.” He explained. “But… the hotel is just across the street…” I told him. He shrugged again and started looking at the Disney t-shirts in front of him. “Your point is?”

I laughed, picked up a t-shirt and threw it at him. “No, this would be Louis. He’s the oldest.” He smirked. We ended up grabbing seven of the shirts and texted everyone, telling them where to meet us. We waited outside of the store and watched everyone around us. There were mostly little kids and their parents here, but you’d see the odd teenager around. Luckily the boys haven’t been noticed yet.

Louis and Riley were the first to reach us and once they did, we threw two t-shirts at them. They looked at them and a big smile appeared on both of their faces. “This is perfect!” Louis yelled. A few people turned our way while others pretended they hadn’t heard anything. It wasn’t long before Liam and Zayn walked up to us. “Where’s Harry?” Riley asked. The two shrugged. “I think he was hanging out with some girl.” Zayn said as he looked at the t-shirt Niall handed him.

I threw a shirt at Liam and watched Riley. Her expression never changed. She just shrugged and turned to talk to Louis. Maybe I was wrong, maybe there wasn’t something going on between the two of them. I pulled my phone out and called the curly haired boy. “Hello?” He answered on the fifth ring. “Did you not get my text?” I asked him. “Yeah, I’m turning the corner now.” He said before hanging up. I turned and saw him walking around the corner with a girl about our age following behind.

Riley looked at him and the girl beside him before turning to me. “What are these for?” She asked. I shrugged. “For fun I guess.” Niall smiled. Everyone had their t-shirt on and I gave the girl my phone and asked if she would take a picture for us. When Harry went and stood beside Riley, she looked uncomfortable. So she moved so that she was between Louis and I.

Niall put his arm around my waist and pulled me close to him. I could feel my heartbeat quicken and I could feel my palms start to sweat. “Got it!” The girl squealed. I had never heard a more annoying voice in my life. Niall’s grip on my waist loosened but he didn’t let go of me. I looked at the picture and it was cute. Niall’s arm on my waist wasn’t noticeable unless you looked for it. And I did.

“Send it to me!” Everyone told me. I sent it to the six of them and we all went our separate ways again. Niall took my hand again and pulled me into a restaurant. “I’m hungry.” He whined. I laughed and rolled my eyes. When wasn’t this boy hungry?

The way he was acting was different. He was acting as if we were a couple even though we weren’t. It’s not that I wasn’t happy about the way he was acting; I just wished I had the feeling of him being mine. I wish I could have him act this way knowing I was his girlfriend.
