Chapter 4

Jo's pov

The final bell rings signaling the end of the school day I make my way over to my locker where Mercy is waiting for me. "Hey sis sorry I got detention and can't ride home with you" I tell her. "It's ok babe just come over when you get out so we can go swimming in the pool it's freaking hot as hell today" she says laughing. "Sounds like a plan see ya later gater" I say laughing. Mercy leaves laughing and I head to the detention room Mr. Ciresi is sitting at the desk when I come in he yells "take a seat, no talking, or eating." I quickly sit in the back row near the window and put my head down a few seconds later Hero comes in the door and slides into the seat next to me and then Chase comes in and sits in the only other chair available right in front of mines. After a few minutes of silence I notice Mr. Ciresi has fallen asleep I stifle a giggle and Chase turns around and says "time to earn that number cutie." He leaves the room and Hero nudges me and whispers "seriously Jo he's a player." "Yeah and so are you so what's your point" I scowl at him. Just as he's about to say "the point is" he's cut off by the door barging open revealing Chase in a very short plaid skirt he starts swaying his hips and posing throwing me kissy faces as he sashays over to me he says "you can get your payback now." I can't help but giggle as I smack his ass and he turns around and winks going back out the door. I look at Hero who is glaring at me his face in a scowl. "What's your problem?" I ask him. "Nothing Josephine absolutely nothing" he says placing his head phone's over his ears. Wonder why he's acting so weird lately. Chase comes back dressed in his uniform a big smile on his face sliding back in front of me he passes me his phone " I think I earned that number now" he says seductively. I grab his phone and punch my number in. "Call me" I tell him. "Oh baby I wouldn't have worked this hard for your number not to call you trust that" he says caressing my cheek. All of a sudden I hear Hero slam his hands on his desk and he jumps up leaving the room. "What's his problem today he's even more of a prick than usual" I say laughing with Chase. "Oh he's just pissed because he's been harassing every guy to stay away from you and Mercy since freshman year" he says. "Ok I understand Mercy but I am not his fucking sister to control" I say through gritted teeth. "So you going to Hero's party Friday night then" he asks me. "Yeah me and Mercy planned on crashing" I tell him. "Well you don't have to crash it now since your my date" he says. I giggle and smile at him and then the bell rings signaling the end of detention we all leave the room as I go out I see Hero waiting in the hallway. "Mercy said to give you a ride" he says. "She's good dude I got her" Chase says putting his arm around me. "Ok dude she's going to my fucking house so she will come with me unless you want a repeat of this morning and this time nobody will pull me off your ass" Hero yells. "Woahh ok calm down Hero let's go" I say. "Call me later Chase" I say giving him a hug. After he walks aways Hero practically drags me to his car. "What the fuck Hero what was that about?" I yell at him getting in the car.

Hero's pov

Finally it was time for detention at least I get to see Jo. I walk in and sit in the empty seat on the side of her. And then fucking Chase walks in and sits right in front of Jo. Fuck I forgot his wanker ass would be here too. After a few minutes the drunk ass history teacher has already passed out. I see Chase whispering to Jo and her giggling as he gets up to leave. Good hope he doesn't come back fucking wanker. I nudge Jo and whisper "seriously Jo he's a player. "Yeah and so are you so what's your point" she scowls at me. "The point is" but I'm cut off by the door barging open with Chase parading around in a fucking skirt swaying his hips towards Jo and making kissy faces as he poses he walks over to her saying "you can get your payback now" she giggles and smacks his ass. Fucking seriously I am pissed. Chase leaves winking at Jo and I seriously hope he doesn't come back because I am this close to snapping his neck and I really want to graduate and not end up in jail for the rest of my life. "What's your problem?" she asks me. "Nothing Josephine absolutely nothing" I say placing my head phones on my head but not listening to any music. And then  Chase comes back in smiling at Jo as he slips her his phone saying he thinks he earned her number and she grabs it smiling as she types her number into his phone and then as she hands it back she says call me blushing. And the fucking douche has to say oh baby I wouldn't of worked this hard for your number not to call you trust that as he caresses her cheek. That was the last straw I slammed my hands down and jumped up to get out of there I couldn't watch or hear this shit anymore. I didn't go far Mercy told me Jo might need a ride home so i planned on waiting right here until this shit show of a  detention was over. When the bell finally rang Jo and Chase walked out together laughing. I told her that Mercy said to give her a ride and the wanker has the balls to say that they are all set like he answers for her. I yell at him she's already going to my house so yes she will be coming with me and then threaten him to a repeat of this morning but no one would pull me off this time. Boy would I love to beat his ass again no teachers to stop us. The sound of Jo's voice saying "Woahh ok calm down Hero let's go." Pulls me from my thoughts of beating his ass again. "Call me later Chase" she says giving him a hug. And I could see the smug smirk on his ugly face I should of gave him two black eyes. I grab Jo's hand and pull her towards my car as I open the door she yells getting in "what the fuck Hero what was that about." "I am just trying to protect you" I tell her starting the car. "I don't need your protection I'm a big girl now" she says in a kid voice singing the end like the pull up commercial. I burst into laughter saying "your such a dork." "What ever Hero and by the way the days of you scaring guys away from me and Mercy are over" she says seriously. "We'll see about that" I say biting my lip because feisty Jo is very fucking hot. We get to my home and Jo walks in like she always has mum runs up to give her a hug saying "Mercy's by the pool already love." "Thanks Martha" she says as she heads out to the pool room to most likey change into her bathing suit. I decide a swim will be nice and go and grab my shorts. As I walk out I see Jo laying on the lounge chair her perfectly toned and curvaceous body in a white one piece with rips all down the side and a few on the front. I instantly get hard staring at her her gorgeous body and not to mention her perfect breasts glistening in the sun. Then she stares back at me her eyes grazing over my body. Fuck I can't go out there like this.
