Chapter 29

Jo's pov

We are back home now after our exhausting flight. Nan was so sweet making us all promise to visit her soon. Me and Mercy are getting ready for Morgz's annual New Years bash. As I slip on a gold dress add my heels, earrings and my bracelet. My hair and make-up already finished. I look in the mirror and barely recognize the person looking back at me. Wow I look older and sexier. Hero is going to lose it. "Mercy you almost ready?" I yell to her as she is in her bathroom. "Yup sis let's start this new year right" she says giggling as she pulls out a blunt. "Mercy where did you get that?" I ask her. "Felix duh" she says smirking. "Let's wait til the party" I tell her. "Fine party pooper at least take a shot with me" she says grabbing a pint of vodka out of her purse while smiling at me. "Give me it" I say smirking at she giggles and hands me the bottle. I take a swig coughing as the liquid burns down my throat. I hand her back the bottle as she does the same and we giggle each taking one more shot as Mercy puts the bottle back in her bag. "Hey you ladies ready?" Hero says as him and Felix walk in. "Holy shit you can't wear that" Hero says his eyes raking up and down my body. "Why not she looks sexy as hell" Mercy says glaring at him. "So do you baby" Felix says pulling her closer as he kisses her. I see Hero roll his eyes as he wraps his arm around me and whispers in my ear "you aren't leaving my side tonight you sexy little minx." "Sure babe" I say pulling him in for a kiss. He pulls away smirking as he looks down at me. "What?" I say smiling up at him. "Is that Vodka I tasted" he says smirking. "Yes daddy it was" I say giggling. "Ewww please don't call my brother daddy again" Mercy says giggling. "Why you call me dad.." Felix starts to say but gets cut off by Mercy yelling "Felix" and Hero groaning "bruv really" as she smacks him on his arm. "Let's go guys it's freaking New Years Eve" I say excitedly. Hero smiles at me as he grabs my hand interlacing our fingers. We all head downstairs and Martha and George are waiting for us both dressed up for their party. "Your mom and dad should be here soon Josephine" Martha says smiling at me. "Mum we got to go it's already 9pm" Hero complains. "Fine let me get a picture then" she says. Me and Mercy stand in my middle as Hero gets on the other side of me and Felix stands near Mercy. We all wrap are arms around each other smiling as Martha takes the picture with her iphone. All of a sudden the doorbell rings as my mom and dad walk in. "Oh my baby girls you look so gorgeous" my mom says running to me and Mercy encasing us in a hug. "They are growing too fast it feels like yesterday they were making mud pies in the backyard" Martha says. I look over and see tears in my dad's eyes as I pull away from my mom I walk over to him smiling as he smiles and takes my hands he says "you are so beautiful." "Daddy don't cry" I say wrapping my arms around him and giving him a hug. "I love you princess" he says. "I love you daddy always" I say smiling as we pull away. "Hey we have to go it's getting late baby" Hero says smiling at me as my dad gives him a hug. "Take care of her son" my dad says to him. "Always will Stephen with my own life if I have too" he says sincerely.  "Have fun and be safe all of you take care of each other" George says as we walk to the car. "We will daddy we love you all" Mercy says as we climb into Hero's car. As we drive off Mercy says "thank God they didn't smell the vodka on our breathes." "Fuck I didn't even think of that" I say nervously. "Babe I'm sure they did they trust us to be safe" Hero says trying to reassure me. "Can we smoke this now?" Mercy says pulling out the blunt. "Fuck Mercy are you a pot head now" Hero yells. "Like you don't smoke at parties hypocrite" she says sarcastically. "Hero come on let's have a little fun baby but we can wait til the party to smoke it" I say trying to compromise. "Fuck no I ain't sharing one joint with 20 people" Felix says sparking it up. "Fuck fine but only this one no more" Hero says sternly as we park down the street from Morgz house the whole street lined with cars. "How many fucking people did he invite" Hero says annoyed as he fixes his chains. "The whole damn school probably knowing Morgz" Felix says chuckling as he passes Hero the blunt. "Want to try something?" Hero says looking at me as he takes a hit off the blunt. "What?" I ask him curiously. "Come closer" he says as he puts the lit end of the blunt in his mouth. "Hero what the hell are you doing" I giggle as he pulls me closer his lips coming towards me as he blows smoke out of the end of the blunt dangling from his gorgeous lips and I inhale it all in. He takes the blunt out of his mouth and Felix says "it better not be all wet now wanker" as we all start laughing. "Give me one" Mercy says as Felix does the same thing with her their lips practically touching as he blows the smoke in her mouth. We pass the blunt around til it's done and toss it out the window. "Fuck I'm high" Hero chuckles as he grips my thigh his eyes glazed over with lust. "Come on we have two hours til New Year it's already 10pm now let's get to the party" Felix groans. My thighs clench together as I bite my lip and Hero groans as he gets out the car coming around to open my door he takes my hand and as soon as we are out of the car he pins me against it and kisses me hard as his tongue fights for dominance and mines battles along with him. "Party now sex later come on mate" Felix says pulling Hero's arm as our lips part Hero groans and I feel his hardness pressed up against me making my panties dampen. "Let's get this part over with so I can get to what I really want yeah" Hero says taking my hand as we walk up to Morgz house. "This night is going to be epic" Mercy shrieks as she wraps her arm around my shoulder. "Hey love I got a surprise for you at midnight" Hero says smiling. "Is it in your pants?" I say giggling. "Ms. Langford are you trying to seduce me" I tease her. "Maybe" she says winking as we walk inside Morgz house the place is crowded with people the music blasting as we make our way towards the kitchen. "Let's get a drink and find Morgz" Hero says as he grabs a soda and hands me a cup of some punch mixed with fruit. Mercy and Felix each grab a cup of the punch too. "You aren't drinking babe?" I ask Hero. "Nah I'm driving love" he says smiling. "I thought we were staying here" I ask seductively caressing his chest. "What I thought you had to be home by 1am? He says smirking. "Nope" I say grinning. "We got the parental units to agree it would be safer for us to stay the night at Morgz since he has enough guest rooms" Mercy says grinning. "Yo FT my man what's up" Morgz says coming in the kitchen as he gives Hero a bro hug and dabs Felix saying "Felix my man looking good." "Thanks bruv you too" Felix says smiling. "Yo man is it cool if us 4 crash here tonight" Hero asks him. "Dude of course I got you's" Morgz says chuckling. "Ladies you look just wow" he says smiling as he gives us each a hug. "Awwe thanks Morgz" I say smiling. "So what's in the punch?" Mercy asks him. "A little of this a little of that" Morgz says chuckling. "Ok at least it taste good" Mercy says giggling. "Be careful that shit is strong" Elle says coming in the kitchen with Lee. "Hey Elle, Lee how was your winter break" I ask them. "Oh you know my oldest and bestest friend slept with my brother that's all" Lee says glaring at Elle. "I thought we were past that" she says angrily. "We are" he huffs and walks away. "God I need more punch now" Elle says grabbing a glass. "You slept with Noah holy shit" Mercy says. "What are you jealous of her?" Felix asks irritably. "Are you fucking serious of course not" she yells at him. "You seemed pretty into him before" he mumbles. "Bruv chill she chose you and she's still my little sister so please lose the attitude" Hero tells him. "I love him Jo" Elle whispers to me. "What seriously you love Flynn?" I ask her. "Yes and now I don't know what to do" she groans. "Speaking from experience just tell him how you feel" I say smiling at her. "But Lee?" She sighs exasperated. "If he's really your friend he'll get over it fast. Mercy did anyways" I tell her. "Ok thanks Jo I think I need to talk to Lee first" she says giving me a hug. "Hero come on let's dance" I say finishing the rest of my drink. "Jo I don't dance you know this" he sighs smirking at me. "Then just stand there and be my pole" I say watching his eyes go wide. "And drink we are here to stay" I say handing him a cup of the punch which he replaces by grabbing a beer. I take the cup and gulp it down. "Slow down baby" he says drinking his beer. "Bruv the girls are ahead of us let's do some shots real quick" Felix says excitedly as he pours 4 glasses of tequila in the shot glasses. "Fuck fine let's do this" Hero says as him and Felix each down both shots. I pull him into the living area where people are dancing as Felix and Mercy dance next to us. I wrap my arms around him and sway my hips to the beat grinding against him his hands grip my hips and then graze over my ass as he moves his body with me. We dance for awhile until my feet start to hurt and then we all go sit down and grab some food as we eat and talk over the music. "I need to pee" I tell Hero as I get off his lap. "I'll come with you" he says getting up. "Dude seriously are you a stalker she can't even go to the bathroom alone" Chase yells out laughing. "Fuck off wanker" Hero yells glaring at him. "Babe it's ok Mercy is coming with me. Save our spots I'll be right back" I say pulling him towards me and kissing him passionately as I push him back on to the couch giggling. Me and Mercy rush to the bathroom as we wait in line I over hear an unknown girl say "we have a bet going around on how long Hero is going to keep this relationship going with that little girl." "Not long I put my money on it as soon as he leaves for Boston he's done with her" another girl says laughing. "What the fuck who the hell is talking shit about my best friend and my brother" Mercy yells out angrily. All the girls in line look around and no one steps forward. "Well who ever the coward is put my money on that they will be married and have kids before the age of 25 because my brother fucking loves her and she loves him" she yells dragging me in the bathroom. "I can't believe they are betting on us" I say starting to cry. "Fuck no Jo you are not going to cry over this" she says dabbing my eyes as she fixes my makeup. We go to the bathroom and head out as we walk past I see a brunette girl I've never seen before smirking at me. Is she the one who started this bet thing? Fucking bitch guess me and Hero will just have to prove them all wrong. I hope they lose a shit ton of money freaking douche bags. Me and Mercy go back over to the guys as I sit on Hero's lap he looks at me and immediately says "what's wrong?" Fuck he knows me too well. "Nothing babe let's just have fun" I say smiling at him. "Fine but you'll tell me eventually" he says sternly as I nod my head and snuggle my head against his neck. "If someone hurt you I need to know now" he says his jaw clenching. "No one hurt me" I say sadly. "Jo fuck that tell him what those bitches said now" Mercy says irritably. "Fine they are betting on when you will dump me" I mutter out. "What? Who?" He asks angrily. "I don't know let's just forget about it and celebrate the new year together" I tell him giving him a kiss. "It's almost midnight love" he says against my lips.
