Sayuri

I've been staring at the floor for quite a while now, not sure of what to do or say. My heart is beating so fast, I don't know what to feel. My emotions were so overwhelming at the moment, I wanted to cry. I wanted to throw things out of anger and frustration. Pero ayoko naman magwala dito sa department store. I didn't know that shopping for a gift para sa baby was this emotional pala.

Alam kong listening to your heart when you're confused is not the answer, I need to hear the other side. I need to know and understand the whole situation otherwise I'll be biased about my feelings for not letting them explain.

"Sayuri?" I snapped out of my thoughts when he called me. "Are you okay?" He asked. I gave him a smile and nodded my head yes. "Gusto mo na bang umuwi?"

"No, I'm fine." I lied. I tried to divert his attention away from me, I walked towards the shelf where a pastel pink headband was placed. It was decorated with small flowers and ribbons. "How about this?" Kinuha ko sa shelf yung headband and showed it to him.

"We don't know if it's a girl or boy yet." He laughed. "Lampin na lang siguro pwede na, at least unisex." He turned around to go to the baby clothes section.
