It's a Wednesday and it's been a week since Mavy opened up to me about his problem. Well, I couldn't say that he really opened up. I am now in Dra. Cortez' class, she said after her lecture she'll dismiss us because she has a lot of paperwork to do. I was taking notes during her lecture, when Dra. Cortez was done and she already dismissed us. I have thirty minutes to spare before my last class for today.

mjfelizarte: kain tayo after your class?

mjfelizarte: i can skip practice lol

sayonarasayuri: don't skip practice!

"Hi!" Someone from behind me tapped my shoulder. I flinched and saw that it was Suzy. She was smiling at me and I greeted her with a smile, "Do you want to join us on Friday? May party kasi yung friend namin and we just wondered na, maybe you should join us."

I blinked twice, "Uh..." I don't know what to say. This is the first time that someone invites me to a party. This is so embarrassing! What should I say?

"Is it a yes?" Suzy was patiently waiting for my answer. I glanced at Thea, Kaye and Pauline who were looking at me too, waiting for an answer. "We're not forcing you though." She assures.

"Actually..." I trailed off and felt my face heating up, "This is my first time being invited to a party."

"Oh my gosh! Seryoso?" Thea asked

"Because of that you need to go out!" Pauline said and held my hand, "We could help you with your outfit!"

"Yeah! Shopping tayo later!" Kaye said.

"Girls, girls." Suzy intervened, "Let's not pressure Sayuri, okay?" She looked at them one by one, "But it would really be nice if you join us. Ipagpapaalam ka namin sa mom mo if you like."

I think this is my chance to make friends, I don't want this opportunity to be a waste. I nodded my head and smiled, giving them a yes. They all looked at me smiling and planned their outfits.

"By the way, anong susuotin mo sa party?" Pauline asked me, "Hindi ko pa nakikita pormahan mo."

"I think I'm just going to wear casual clothes." I said.
