"Hey chill ka lang." Bryan said and I raised a brow at him. "Baka busy lang yung tao kaya hindi ka napuntahan."
Busy? Alam kong busy siya pero kahit message man lang wala. Ang ayos ayos namin nung Wednesday, tinanong ko lang kung pwede kaming kumain sa labas. Pumayag naman siya and I fucking waited for her on our spot! Puta three consecutive days akong naghihintay but she didn't even messaged or called me?! Kahit sorry wala!
Kaya lang naman ako pumayag na sumama sa party na 'to dahil pinilit ako ni Bryan. Para daw hindi ako magmaktol sa condo ko. Nakakainis kasi, naghintay ako pero wala lang sa kanya!
When we entered the house, I can already smell alcohol everywhere. Ang daming tao, daming nagmemake-out at lasing. I drink but I don't get myself drunk, I need to stay sober para makapag-drive ako pauwi. I saw familiar faces and greeted them, yung iba hindi ko kilala pero binabati ako. I just greeted them back na lang, kilala kasi nila ako for being a basketball player noon.
"Dude, is that Sayuri?" Agad akong napatingin doon sa tinuro ni Bryan sa living room. I immediately looked away when I saw her with my ex, Suzy. Wow, friends pala sila. I'm so fucking surprised. "Friends sila ni Susana? Weird."
We both went to the kitchen to get some drinks and when I saw Suzy na papunta rin dito, umalis na kami ni Bryan at pumunta sa living room. I was watching Sayuri from afar, she's absolutely drunk. I want to barge in and get her out of this house pero I'm so upset with her and I don't want to interact with Suzy. I saw Sayuri chugging from a bottle of fucking Cuervo. I clenched my fist, I wanted to punch that guy so bad but I don't want to interfere—baka kasi she wants to be wasted.
"Mavy, puntahan mo na kaya. Lasing na lasing na si Sayuri." Bryan said and nudged my arm. I was about to go but I saw Suzy coming over. I released an annoyed sigh and gave my cup to Bryan.
"Look after her." Bilin ko kay Bryan and went upstairs para iwasan si Suzy. I was now at the veranda, trying to calm myself and get some fresh air.
"Hey." I heard Suzy's voice from behind, "Iniiwasan mo 'ko?" She laughed.
"Anong kailangan mo?" I replied without looking at her.
"Kapag sinabi kong ikaw ang kailangan ko, would you be nice enough to grant it?" I felt her touch my hand. "I missed you babe."
Inalis ko yung kamay niya sa kamay ko at tiningnan siya nang masama, "We're done Susana. Stop it." Aalis na dapat ako but she hugged me from behind.
