Beyblade is literally a world where kids can roam the world with as little parent supervision as possible. Children are going all around in airplanes and foreign countries just for what? Meeting a team full of strangers you don't know if you can trust, etc.
This Red Eye shit in Burst is pretty much due to Shu's incompetent parents. Why the fuck have children if you are going to be so busy, leaving him to fend for himself? Okay, excuse here: Maybe they called him once in awhile but if anything, they should have had the capability to know what is wrong (Shu is not responding to a nightly phone call, for example). Then when he comes back, there is nothing said about his parents worrying.
What the actual fuck? So this whole Red Eye mess is due to horribly bad parents!
This brings me to the idea of Valt joining the Snake Pit (the "what if Shu and Valt switched roles" fanfic plot people like to do). Chances are, since Valt is close to his parents and siblings, they would automatically know something is wrong due to Valt going missing. This means that they would fix this mess more quickly than getting Shu back from the Snake Pit.
Tldr; "Brown Eye" or something plot would be a quick short story, the end.
But then again the Beyblade franchise embodies the Adults Are Useless tropes so uh, have fun
I dont even think police exist in that world, either
