Era's POV
Kaagad kong ibinuka ang aking mga mata ramdam ko ang bigat ng aking katawan na unti-unting nawawala. My body now started to slowly recover from the poison in my mother's compromised energy. I saw Elena, Tasha, Irish, HM Celia, Relani, and Serenity surrounding my bed— passing their essence to me.
Their eyes were closed as they were focusing giving me their essence, I could see the colors of their essence going inside my body. How pretty. Using my right hand, honing energy onto it opening and harshly closing it to a fist— I forcibly stopped their essence from going inside me and back to them. That's enough.
Sabay-sabay naman silang napabuka ang mga mata. I urgently sat on my bed as Elena helped me. "Go now, Era." Utos ni HM na kaagad kong tinanguan.
In a snap, I am now back at my mother's side. Kahit medjo nanghihina ay kaagad kong ipinasa sakanya ang lahat ng kanyang enerhiyang aking nakuha mula sa barrier bridge at mula kay Loreal. I held her bed for support after the transfer. Kitang-kita ko kung paano nagkabuhay ang kanyang katawan at lumiwanag ang kanyang mukha.
I smiled as I looked down on my mother. "Konti nalang, Ina." Bulong ko sakanya.
"Next time, you'll be alive." Pangako ko sakanya. I held her hand for a moment before teleporting myself back to the Illusion Academy.
They all swarmed at me. "Are you okay?" Tanong ni HM Celia.
I nodded. "Where are they? Ang ibang mga mystics? Si Cross?" Ulan ko ng tanong.
"Nasa bulwagan sila. The other mystics are still under whatever spell or power Loreal did. While si kuya, he's okay and sane but we can never be too sure kaya hindi ko muna siya pinapasok dito." Relani explained.
Tumango naman ako. "Thank you guys..." I trailed off, then I smiled, "for helping me."
Nagsingitian naman sila. "What now?" Serenity asked.
I looked at all of them. "We prepare for what's coming." Maikling sabi ko.
"War." Rinig kong sabi ni Relani.
Tumayo naman ako na kaagad nilang sinundan. Kaagad kong pinuntahan ang mga mystics sa bulwagan. When I opened the door, silence filled the room.
Nilapitan naman ako kaagad ni Cross, he held my hand. "Are you okay now? I'm sorry." I see regret in his eyes.
I smiled warmly at him. "I'm sorry din." Hinging paumanhin ko. He smiled and embraced me in his arms.
