Immediately the elite praetorian guards began to come at us, which is, you know understandable. Kylo did just kill the supreme leader.
Kylo and I shot a look of understanding at each other. I stood up as quick as I could and took my staff from behind my back. We stood back to back as the guards came running towards us from all angles. We began fighting them off and knocking them out.
One of the guards charged towards me and knocked my staff out of my hands, without hesitation Kylo turned and threw his lightsaber to me. I caught it in one hand but the weight of the hilt caught me slightly off guard, and the guard that was charging towards me, managed to land a hit on me. I, however, continued fighting, I put my other hand on the lightsaber hilt and began swinging at him, eventually knocking him to the ground.
I looked back at Kylo and he was fighting with my staff, he turned to me and we both threw our weapons and swapped them back. After a few minutes we had taken them all down. I swung my staff back and pulled the strap over me. I stood, bent over, with my hands on my legs, panting and trying to catch my breath.
I stood up to face Kylo, "Ok you've killed the supreme leader. What now huh?!" I yelled. "What did you expect to come from this?".
He was staring at what was left of Snoke's body "It's time to let old things die." He began to walk towards me. "Snoke, The Sith, The rebels, The Jedi. Let it all die. (Y/n) I want you to join me." He extended his hand towards me. "Not the sith, but me. I want you to join me." He continued with emphasis on the word 'me'.
"Please don't do this." I said, as I filled with sadness, knowing what I, myself had to do.
"We could rule together and bring new order to the galaxy! And we could have a life together. " He said staring into my eyes.
"There's nothing more that i'd love than a life with you, but just not that one. " I could sense his intentions were good but I just couldn't let the old old things die, not the rebels or the Jedi. They're my family. "I can't..." I whispered.
"Why are you still holding on?!" he yelled. "(Y/n) Please i'm begging you, come with me", he pleaded with me, reaching his hand out once more.
"I'm so sorry I can't Kylo, you know I can't but you can come with me...Ben can come with me." I said through tears.
"No...NO!" He said, which made me feel anger and sorrow resurface in him once more.
"I'm so sorry. I do want to take your hand...Ben's hand. I just can't." I said, practically sobbing.
I quickly took my staff from behind me swung it around and hit his legs, knocking him to the ground. That gave me a chance to run, and I did. I ran as fast as I could. I needed to get out of there. As much as I wanted to be with Kylo...Ben, I wasn't about to let the First Order destroy the resistance. I needed to get back to my family, I was one of the best pilots they had.
I ran to the hangar of the supremacy and there, I found a few TIE fighters. "This'll have to do..." I muttered to myself.
I sat down into the TIE and fiddled around with the switches, familiarising myself with the controls. I was conscious that Kylo may have been coming after me any second. I got the fighter up in the air as quickly as I could. It wasn't the easiest to fly, but it was fine. I was able for it.
I needed to get out of there, "Why do these stupid things not have any hyperdrive?! How am I supposed to get away. Ok think, think (Y/n)." I said to myself.
I remembered that, since we were at the supremacy, we weren't far from Droch. The thought of it was horrific but what other choice did I have. I knew that there would be some people there willing to help me, as many enemies I had there, I also had friends.
I flew the TIE fighter all the way to Droch, it took a while seeing as I was still getting used to the TIE. I landed just outside the city, just as I did when I came here with Kylo. I kept trying to reassure myself that I would be more capable this time. My only injury was a large cut, but nothing broken.
Before I stepped out of the fighter, I realised that I would need to fit in. I ripped up my black robes a little and I really didn't want to ruin my blue cloak, so I just turned it inside out so the colour appeared more dull. I pulled my hood over my head and with my staff in hand, I began to walk towards the city.
I was walking through the busy streets of the city and I stopped at the sight of a familiar face. She was a standing just outside a small tavern. I don't think i'd ever been as happy to see a criminal. It was Una, standing chatting to a Twi'lek man. I can only hope that she'll be willing to help me.
I slowly began to walk over to her, and she noticed me. She glared at me at first but after a minute of studying my shaded face under my hood a look of realisation washed over her.
"Ah (Y/n)! My old friend." She said, she looked back the the Twi'lek man and said, "If you'll excuse me Dunpo, we'll have to continue our conversation another time."
The man scoffed at me, clearly annoyed and then walked away.
"Una, I need your help." I said.
"What can I help you with darling?" She answered.
