         Zainab's POV

Guilt is what I feel for ruining my brother's birthday because of my outburst.

Anger is another feeling I tried to suppress. I was angry with my self for running away instead of staying and show that monster that I'm not broken.

Fear because I don't know what is going on in the psychopath's head. I'm sure he won't let me be. I also have this fear lately that I might loose Yusuf if I tell him. I really don't want to loose him. This feeling is terrifying me.

"Hey we are home." Sadiq announced as he pulled up in front of my father's house.

I got down from the car just like everyone else. I saw our nextdoor neighbor popularly known as mama Yan biyu and her two years twin children outside their gate. She was struggling with the boy trying to get them inside the house.

"Babies." I yelled.

The twin looked at me and the girl ran towards me, the boy who didn't want to come before ran over to me too because he didn't want his sister to get all the attention.

"Antie Mama." The baby girl yelled excitedly.

"Oyoyoyo." I cooed raising the girl up and dropping her back down to pick up the boy who refused to be taken.

"Baby come na." I Pleaded with the little boy.

"Bana so.(I don't want)" He yelled.

"Mama Zee how are you?" Their mother inquired.

"I'm fine. This boy is still doing shakara for me." I complained about Nabil the male twin.

"Don't mind him. He doesn't want to take his bath look how dirty he is!" She exclaimed. "Oh Fatima, Maryam, the two troublesome boys and the young man here how was your day."

"Fine."

"I've had better days."

"I need to piss."

"Nabil my main man."

"The big boyyy."

Those were the reply she got the first one from Yusuf the second one from Fatima the third one from Maryam who ran inside to ease herself. And the last two were from Sadiq and Kaybee as they throw Nabil back and forth.

"If my baby fall ehn." The mother warned.

"Don't worry we are expert at childish play." Sadiq assured her.

"Smallie." They pat Bila's hair and she shoo them away and ran back to me.

"I won't play with you again I'll only play with Bila." I told Nabil and he stuck his tongue out at me. So I picked Bila who later move to Yusuf hands as he offered to take her.

"Mama Zee I have to do something about how dirty They are before their father comes back. Let me take them inside." She pleaded.

"Bana so bana so." Nabil cried out as his mother tried to drag him from Kaybee's arms.

"Bama so bama so." Sadiq and Kaybee cried out too holding on to Nabil but eventually release him to go with her. "Don't worry Nabil we shall come rescue you." Kaybee called after them

"PS2 is waiting for us uhm Yusuf you wanna play?" Sadiq offered

"No I'm not really a gamer." He turned down politely.

"Let's go in then." I say to them and we entered inside.

My mother, step mother and Amina sat in the living room watching TV. My two mothers welcomed Yusuf ignoring the rest of the people who they have known for a long period of time.
