14 : Too good to be True

I got dressed up and ready before 11:30 and waited for Andrew to come pick me up for our date. I mean let's pretend that it's a date for keeping me excited I don't need to say that out loud.

I heard the bell ring so I immediately made my way into the living room of the suite but till I reached there I saw Lucas had already opened the door. Andrew was standing there looking amazing in a black button down shirt and pants.

"Good morning Mr. Jones." Andrew greater.
"I don't remember calling you. Why are you here?"

"He's here for me." Bothe the men turned there gaze towards me.

"And why is that?" Lucas said crossing his hands.

"And why does that concerns you?" I walked forward and stood in front of Andrew. "Let's go."

"Because you are my assistant so I should know where you are going as right now in Brazil you are my responsibility." He caught my hand to stop me.

Gosh! He's so irritating.
"you don't- " I was about to give him a rude answer but Andrew spoke in between.
"We are going on a date." Just listening that my heart skipped a beat. So he does thinks that this is a date.

"You don't need to worry Mr. Jones I'll take full responsibility of her." Lucia's grip on my hand loosened and finally he let go of me.

He didn't say anything for a moment and his piercing blue eyes just stared in mine. "Don't come late at night, we have to leave for airport early morning."

I gave him a quick nod and stepped out of the room. Andrew held my hand and took me outside the hotel. He opened the passenger door of the car that was parked in front of us.

"I thought we'll have to hire a cab." He sat in the drivers seat.

"Well I had to keep your comfort in mind so I rented a car." He winked at me with that smirk on his face.

He started the car and we were off to our destination that I'm curious about. " So where are we going?"

"You'll have to find that out when we reach there."

"That's unfair, please tell me." I tried to make the best puppy face I could.

"I'm sorry but I can't." He chuckled. " I don't wanna ruin the thrill of this date."

"Wait a second this is a date? That means you were serious when you told Lucas that we are going on a date?"

"Yeah I was, but please don't get the wrong idea, I really wanted to take you out to relax and show you places that you missed because of work."

"It's fine and thanks from making efforts for me."

The road trip was a bit long as Andrew said so we had nothing to do except for talking and getting to know each other better.

After a long drive we finally reached the destination and my God I wes not expecting this. The destination that Andrew brought me was non other then the one of the seven wonders of the world "Christ the Redeemer".
