"Mom you're rude." I said coldly but she just laughed at me.

"I don't want to see that guy ever again." She answered, I clenched my fist in anger. I couldn't tolerate this anymore.

"We will set the wedding next week, whether you like it or not." She said with finality and left me standing there.

"Dad.." I whispered helplessly.

"I'm sorry baby." He walked towards me and touched my cheek, I saw him shedding a tear that made me cry even more.

"This is my fault, I'm sorry." He said. My forehead instantly creased in confusion.

"Why is it your fault?" I asked but he just avoided my eyes and left me where I was standing, confused and no idea what he was talking about.

I stopped crying and wiped my tears, my heart was heavy and I'm in pain. I saw Jonas walking towards me, and handed me a handkerchief.

"I don't know what to do anymore Jonas." I whispered, he hugged me and caged me in his arms so I cried my heart out on his shoulder.

"Ash can provide, he literally has everything, he has business he has resources, he has everything, and I love him, why can't they see that." I sobbed really hard, he stroked my hair and let me cry my heart out.

"Maybe because they aren't after the wealth afterall." I stopped crying and stepped back to look at him.

"What do you mean?" I asked but he just sighed.

"That's what we need to find out, so get yourself together and look for the real reason."

I was dumbfounded. Reason? Is there any other reason beside wealth and power? And what would that be?

I went inside my room and soaked myself into the bath tub, my eyes were still heavy but I decided to think something logical. Jonas' words got me, I want to know the reason why they hated Ash so much. I heard my phone rang so I reached for it and answered it.

"How are you?" Bungad ni Ash.

"I just miss you." I answered, I heard him chuckle from the other line.

"Go out to your balcony." My eyes instantly widen and I sat down immediately.

"What?!" I panicked and immediately put a towel to cover my body. I ran at the balcony and I was fucking surprised to see him standing there.

"H-how...how the fuck." I was surprised and my phone slipped from my hand. He smirked and put down his phone and walked towards me. I immediately ran towards the balcony and looked down, it was two fucking floors how the hell did he climbed up here?!

"What the hell? What.. why.. how." I literally can't find the right words to say, he just chuckled and went towards my bed to sit there. I ran towards the door to lock it, I am literally panicking right now and I don't know what to do if my parents found out about this.

"I climbed up. That was easy as fuck." He said. "I just want to make sure you're okay." He added. He stood up and walked towards me, the lights were dim and only the lights from the lampshade were on.

"I am okay Ash, I can't believe you're here." I whispered because I'm afraid someone would hear us.

He was still wearing his suit, that proves that he did not went home. He did not answer but he kept staring at me. I unconsciously looked at my body and realized that I just had a towel on my body and nothing else. I felt my cheeks burn so I turned around and walked towards the closet when he pulled me close to him and kissed my lips. I wasn't expecting that but he kissed me with hunger so I closed my eyes and encircled my arms to his neck.

He pushed me to the wall and deepen the kisses, he kissed me deeply and with too much hunger.
