"Ah, I can't believe you got suspended! And in the very beginning of your third year!" The tall, pale-blonde haired boy with a bowl cut said.

"Huh??" The middle blocker nonchalantly answered "I don't care"

"You fought with tHE DEAN!!! YOU MORON!!" their pinch server chided "You were suspended for the whole first week! We had to delay the tryouts because the coach wanted you here!"

"Do you have a reason?" The captain stoically blinked.

"I do..." he scoffed "They messed with Sei pretty bad."

"Who's that?" One of the new raven haired boys on the team peeked "Senpai, you have a brother?"

"It's my sister" he scoffed "I wanted a brother. I even decided on the name" he whined "So I named her regardless and my mother hasn't forgiven me till date"

"I don't see Sei chan here for the tryouts" the captain said. They'd just finished the boys' tryouts and were sitting with the new members of team, waiting for the coach to finish the girls' tryouts.

"Ah, she's quite stubborn" he narrowed his eyes and soon, a small pout began to form

"She's the best there is!" The pinch server preached for the second and the first years' "She was in our junior high but now she's in first year of high school. Our school will win as long as she's there."

"Ah... about that..." her brother chuckled awkwardly.

"What is it?"

"W-Well... You see..." he gulped knowing their fuses would blow with the news "Sei took a transfer"

"NANIII??????"

"Tendou..." Wakatoshi expressions clearly showed that he was a little alarmed too "Why would she do that?"

"Well, it's all about inter junior" Tendou smacked his forehead "You know how borderline weird she is... She's so bland, sometimes I feel like she deserved it"

"That's your own sister!" Semi said.

"Yeah, yeah... But you don't know her, she's really blunt" he said "The dean's daughter changed the formation last minute. She the captain and everything. This little turkey told her it was the stupidest formation she's ever seen."

"I don't see what's wrong" Ushiwaka said.

"See??" Tendou pointed at him "This is why you shouldn't talk. You're just like her!"

"So what's wrong with calling out a bad formation anyway?" Goshiki asked.

"They benched her" he said and they gasped.

"I understand why they lost" Semi said.

"That thick skulled brat doesn't care about authority. Sei quit the team, said it was embarrassing for her" Tendou was flaring because of how pissed he was at his sister.

"Come on, the stars never like being benched" Reon chuckled "Especially if it's because the team is selfish"

"And it didn't end there. They picked on her after. The dean's daughter stole her books and stuff, she didn't have her notes for the exams. She doesn't care about being called names or the rumours that spread but she takes her studies rather seriously" he sighed.

"The rumours died as fast as they came" Shirabu said. "It's Sei chan... everyone knows she doesn't have time for all that. Besides, Tendou would skin her boyfriend alive if those rumours were ever true"

"Haah? You're too confident that she'll never have a boyfriend" Tendou scowled "I really wanted to shoo people away. But her dark, twisty aura and her acrimony does my job for her"

"Aren't you being too mean, Tendou?" Semi sympathised her "That's a lot to handle"

"If only she wasn't as blunt"

"She's wired that way. Don't blame her" Reon said  "You can see Ushiwaka doing just fine here"

"Then the worst happened" Tendou looked at the ceiling with dead eyes. He couldn't forget it even if he wanted to.

"What happened?" They all drew closer to him in anticipation.

"She cried" he blankly said still staring at the roof.

They knew it was a deal when someone cried but they didn't understand his exaggeration about it. "Oh..." was all they could say. Ushiwaka chose to remain silent because he knew what it was like.

He looked at them with his inanimate eyes "You don't get it, do you?" He asked "She's never cried"

"Wh-"

"NEVER?"

"Never" he answered "I know she's three years younger to me and stuff but she never cried. She'd broken bones but she still didn't cry..."

"...I couldn't not take it with the dean."

"You went to the dean??!" Their colours drained.

"I've never fought with someone like that in my entire freaking existence" he proudly laughed. "I said goodbye to his favourite Sengoku souvenir"

"You were just calling her a pain in the back..." Semi gave up on Tendou's bipolar behaviour towards his sister.

"One week was too little punishment" Reon said and Ushijima nodded.

"That's because she transferred!" He said. "She might be an academic year ahead of her age but she's the smartest. She's the OG satan"

"The coach is pissed" they said.

"Damn right, she was his favourite" Semi said "He doesn't like the dean'a daughter. He's gonna bully her like in hell for the next three years because he knows the girls team won't win for the next three years"

"By the way..." Goshiki said "Where is she?"

"She's in Tokyo with my parents. She joined Fukurodani" he said.

"FUKURODANI??!?" They exclaimed.

"You know Bokuto, right? He's continuing there for his first year. He was the Fukurodani MVP in inter junior"

"He should've come to Shiratorizawa" Ushijima said.

"Like hell he will"

"Say, how good is he?"

"He needs constant motivation from what we saw at the inter junior, but if he's alright... he can pack a filthy punch" Semi said.

"I wanted to see her tryouts... the faces new people make after her serve is always so fascinating to watch" Tendou notoriously chuckled "Well, as much as I wanted her here. I got rid of the devil"

"And what will you do without her? It's not like she bothered you"

"That's the problem! She barely acknowledges me as her brother. She's the other pole of mine. She's a devil, I'm an angel. She's crappy, but I'm so fine. She's ugly and I'm really cute. She has pale pink hair, I have crimson. She's cold, I'm not! Her socialisation skills are zeeeroo!" He sang. "She might be everything unloveable like I said she is... But she brings out the true essence of my song"

"Is she that good?" Goshiki asked.

"Meh..." he said only to be hit by Shirabu in the head. "Fine! She knows how to play" he corrected himself.

"I hope she's doing okay... she's never had so much to deal with before. She'd just ignore them" Tendou said

"But I'm responsible for her even if I don't want to be. At the end of the day that's still my baby sister..." he smiled maliciously
