If you asked Travis Stoll why he pranked Katie Gardner almost daily, he would explain how fun it is to watch her get angry and listen to her yell at him.
If you asked him why he hated Katie, he would answer simply: she was annoying and uptight. At least, before you got to know her more.
If you asked Travis why he asked Katie out on that fateful July day, he would say that it was to gain intel on the enemy.
If you asked him why he proposed to her over a candlelit dinner, he would tell you that it was only a precaution, in case she got sick of him.
And if you asked him why he said 'I do' while wearing an uncomfortable suit and tie in a beautiful vineyard, he would tell you simply, a smile flashing across his face: because he loves her.

If you asked Katie Gardner why she gave Travis Stoll a lecture about plants almost daily, she would explain how it (hopefully) pushed future prank ideas away from his train of thought.
If you asked her why she hated Travis, she would answer simply: he was annoying and didn't take anything seriously. At least, before you got to know him better.
If you asked Katie why she agreed to go to the fireworks with him on that hot July fourth morning, she would say it was to talk him into pranking her less.
If you asked her why she said yes when he opened the ring box with a loud 'snap', she would tell you it was only for the silver band inset with a beautiful emerald, even though it would obviously be a lie.
And if you asked her why she said 'I do' while wearing a beautiful olive gown and making vines grow taller out of nervous habit, she would tell you simply, ivy eyes sparkling: because she loves him.
