RIVER smiled at his blonde friend, moving towards her house, carrying the ice chest containing the many blood bags that they had just stolen from the Mystic Falls Medical Hospital.

"Hey!" River smiled as Bonnie exited her house, quickly moving forward to hug the girl tightly.

"Hi" Bonnie greeted weakly.

"How are you?" River embraced her tightly.

"I'm okay" Bonnie spoke, hugging the boy back.

"I'm sorry about what happened with your mom, I could've stopped it" River admitted.

"I'm sorry about lying to you for Stefan and Damon" Bonnie apologised "I should've told you, I should've trusted you, even if they didn't"

"We totally lucked out" Caroline smiled brightly at the interaction "The hospital just had a blood drive, so we got some O negatives, some A's, and my personal favourite, B positive"

Caroline pulled the bag from the ice box, grinning at the witches as they moved into the house. They moved through the house, coming to a stop before the garden, seeing Abby stood beside the empty bird bath.

"I made her a daylight ring" Bonnie informed "She's been standing out there all morning, I don't think she's taking this very well"

"Well, it's only been a few days since she turned" Caroline spoke "Your mom is still adjusting"

They moved towards the woman.

"Ms. Wilson, why don't you come inside?" River asked "Have something to drink?"

"I can't feel it any more" Abby stated "My garden, it's gone, I can't feel anything"

Abby turned, moving past them towards the house.

"I don't understand" Caroline spoke.

"Witches have a connection to the Earth" Bonnie explained.

"We can literally feel nature" River added, cupping his hands around a dead plant "Life"

River murmured a small spell, removing his hands to reveal the beautiful flower blooming.

"When Abby became a vampire, she lost it" Bonnie sighed "I don't know how to help her"

River wrapped an arm around the dark-skinned witch, an attempt to soothe her.

River stood by Caroline's side, moving towards the dark-skinned boy, Jamie, that was stood chopping wood.

"Haven't seen you up at the house" Caroline began "Abby's been asking for you"

"I've been pretty busy" Jamie replied, continuing his task.

Caroline nodded, her and River bending down to pick up the wood, helping the boy.

"Hey! Hey!" Jamie raised his axe, afraid of the blonde "Stay away from me!"

River reacted first, pushing Caroline behind him, a palm raised, ready to incapacitate the boy.
