42. Kiss and Make Up

Juliette's POV:

After the Group-Link, I immediately leave the room and I look for my way to the kitchen, where I find Amado, Mrs Alba, Diana and Corina there.

"Am I interrupting anything?" I ask shyly, but my stupid brother laughs.

"You've really changed, Ju-Ju. You're actually polite now." He says before chucking, and I walk over to flick him on his forehead.

"Fuck!! Juliette! I thought you only do that to your husband." He says as he rubs his forehead, while I laugh before sitting next to him.

"Nope. I flick only the best idiots." I tell him, and Diana laughs as Amado rolls his eyes.

"You're right about him being an idiot, Juliette." Diana says before kissing his forehead.

"But I'm your idiot, right?" He asks her, but she only blushes and shakes his head.

"Nope." She says, trying to feign nonchalance.

"What if I told you..." Amado trails off before whispering things to her ear that make me wanna curse for my vampire hearing.

"Anyway, I'm just here for a bottle of tequila, please." I say before a huge smile appears on my face.

"You're a drinker, too? I definitely see why you both should be related." Mrs Alba says before opening a cabinet and pulling out a bottle of what I've been yearning for most.

"Tequila!!" I squeal, and everyone laughs.

"She used to squeal like this each time I would come with a blunt." Amado says, and I roll my eyes.

"Wait, when was the last time you both saw each other?" Diana asks, and I tense a bit before answering.

"Three and a half years ago." I say while trying not to sound sad.

"And you're twenty one years old?" She asks, and I nod my head.

"Oh my gosh, Amado, you gave her weed while she was still a minor?!" Diana asks him, but he just shrugs in response.

"She wanted it, and I gave it to her." He says casually, and Diana slaps his shoulder.

"How could you even do that? Did your parents know about this?" Diana asks, and almost immediately I glare at Amado.

"They did find out, and I was grounded for three months because of his smart mouth!" I say as I give him my best glare, but he only laughs.

"Honesty is the best policy, Juliette. I think that you shouldn't have trusted me back then to keep it a secret." He says simply, and I huff in annoyance.

"You're such an idiot. Everything would've been fine if you hadn't walked up to them and told them everything!!" I almost yell, and Mrs Alba shushes me.

"You'll wake up even the dead, dear child. Calm down and have some quesadillas." She says before placing a plate smelling of deliciousness before me, and I inhale its scent before sighing in delight.

"I think I'm going to enjoy my time here." I say before taking a shot of tequila.

Sebastian's POV:

After talking with Mario, I groan in frustration when I open my eyes to not find Juli next to me.

I know that I shouldn't have talked to her like I did and me being frustrated still makes it very hard for me to be able to calm down, so I take a quick shower before wearing one of my sweatpants along with a black v-neck.
