Juliette's POV:
After cuddling with Sebastian for what seemed like a long while, we took a bubble bath together and went to meet with Amado as soon as we got our clothes on - but not without some teasing from Seb, as usual.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that Seb is still worried about me ever since....the dream this morning. I can't help but have a bad feeling ever since I've met Ariana in my fucked up dream. Who am I kidding? That bitch put me through something that I would rather forget and she knew it.
Even if she may be the reason why I'm so weary, I've got to push past that and plan the CIA thing.
"So, Amado, I was thinking about something." I announce, and both Seb and Amado turn their full attention towards me.
"What's up?" He asks, and I sigh before taking a quick glance at Sebastian, who's silently giving me the courage that I need to say what I have to say.
"I was thinking about sending someone to infiltrate the CIA." I deadpan, and he looks at me, not bothering to hide the shock that graces his usually unreadable face.
"You've got to be fucking kidding me." He says lowly, and I shake my head.
"Unfortunately, no, I'm not. We need information, and if getting into CIA territory is what it takes to get results, then so be it." I say honestly, and he sighs before a ghost of a smile graces his face.
"How long have you both been planning this?" Amado asks, and I look at Sebastian, who has suddenly turned uneasy.
"We...well, I, have thought about it a little bit before we came here, and talking with my family just...it influenced my decision, Mo. You're just basically the last person that needed to be informed about this." I say firmly, indicating that the matter isn't open for discussion.
"Tell me, even if I had held you at gunpoint, and even if I had gotten to my knees to beg right now, would you have relented from going on with that stupid and dangerous thought that has developed in your mind?" He asks in a...gentle way....sort of reminding me of my brother.
"No," I breathe out, "although seeing you beg for the first time since I've known you would definitely be a sight to see." I whispered, and he rolls his eyes before smiling at me.
"Alright then, but before we get to what we're gonna need, I've always wanted to know: how exactly are you related to Gabriella? Were you guys lovers?" I ask with a devilish smirk on my face, but he rolls his eyes before glaring at me.
"No, I didn't hit it off with Gabriella. I never did; she was a great partner and friend when I was still working for the CIA. Besides, she's in love with my brother." He says with a small smirk on his face, and I roll my eyes before sighing.
"Alright, then, so...how about you call her up so she can come here and discuss this with us?" I ask suggestively, which makes both my Mate and my said brother raise their eyebrows at me.
"What?" I ask the both of them, and almost immediately Seb gives me a huge grin before getting up and embracing me.
"You used your Queenly Command." He whispers, before letting go of me, and I stared at him in confusion.
"My...what?"
"Your Queenly Command, baby. This is the second time you've used it, actually." He states, but the expression on my face suggests that I still don't have a shit clue to what he's talking about.
"When was the first time I used it?" I asked him, and he visibly tensed before looking away.
"With...Destiny." He said before looking at me carefully, and I'm sure it's to see my reaction.
