"Mom, is acting really weird, Cole." sabi ko kay Cole nang makapasok ulit sa kwarto niya pagkatapos kong bumaba kanina.
"Is she up to something again? Saan daw siya galing?" kunot-noong tanong niya sa akin.
"Galing daw siya kay Ann." sagot ko.
"At ano naman ang ginawa niya raw doon?" takang tanong niya.
"Ewan. Walang sinabi, 'di na rin ako nagtanong." I said, shrugging.
"Maka-ilang beses na siyang pumupunta sa babaeng iyon ah? Geunyeoga mwolhaneunji gung-geumhae." he said, looking up like thinking very deep.
*Translation: I wonder what she's doing.*
"Nado. So, any new information about that Ann?" I asked him while looking for his laptop.
*Translation: Me too.*
"As of now, wala pa rin. She's too private. Baka nga si Mom wala ring alam tungkol sa kan'ya." he said.
"Eh? It's impossible, Cole." I said.
"But there's this thing that caught my attention the most." he said, looking up again.
"Mwo?" I asked.
*Translation: What?*
"Remember when Mom said, she'll be going to a resort where Danrix held the celebration for his birthday last Sunday?" he asked.
"Ah, yeah? And, hindi tayo isinama ni Mom." I said, pouting.
"That's the thing, Elaine. I think I'm smelling something fishy in here." he said.
"Eh?" takang tanong ko sa kan'ya.
"I secretly stalked her the night she went there since maaga akong nakabalik galing Palawan. The venue is in Pangasinan, and you will not believe what I just found." he said. He's back in secretly investigating again huh?
"Mwoya?" inip kong tanong sa kan'ya. Ang hilig kasi mang bitin nito pag nagkwento!
*Translation: What is it?*
"The resort is too private. Nasa tago s'yang lugar. And the name of the resort really shook me." mahinang bulong niya sa akin.
"Can you just please tell it now. Nakakainis ka pakinggan magkwento eh!" inis na sabi ko sa kan'ya.
