~Ashlynn's POV~
I walked into the doors, of my favorite donut shop for well, a donut! That place had the best donuts ever made, and most of the bakers were French, so that explains why the pastries are so yummy.
As I walked in, there was no one in line, so I walked up to my friend, Josie. "Hey, Josie! How you been?" I happily laughed, as she balanced the cookbook on her head.
"Oh, hey Ash! Sorry to tell you this, but we're out of chocolate flavored donuts!" Josie giggled. "Umm... I don't see what so funny, but I'm just gonna get my regular and go."
I dug in my pocket for some cash and placed it in Josie's hand. "Er. Sorry to tell you this Ashlynn, but this is not enough money for your donut." I looked shockingly at her and told her to count the money again. But still, it wasn't enough.
I could've sworn that I brought enough money, I know I did. Maybe I just accidentally placed half the money somewhere else. "Umm, can't I just- I'll pay for it." I turned around and a boy was smiling in my direction.
"Here you go, this is should be enough." Josie took the money and gave him his change. I grabbed my donut and walked with the boy outside.
"Thank you..." I blurted with a whisper. "What was that? I couldn't hear you." The boy put his hand behind his ear and closed in on me. "Thank you." I spoke louder.
He smiled and then blushed at the same time, so I blushed too. "Oh... don't mention it... usually I never do this.." I giggled and sat down at the bus stop. "My name is Hunter... just thought you could know."
I froze and my whole face shattered red. I could've sworn I heard that name from somewhere, but I just couldn't picture it. It's like I knew him, but I never knew him.
"Uh.. I'm Ashlynn..." I whispered kindly. "That's a beautiful name- er I mean, its not- I mean..." I smiled and giggled a little. "Aww. Your sweet."
Hunter's POV:
This girl was standing in front of me waiting to get her donut when, the lady tells her, "Sorry, but this isn't the amount I asked for."
They girl shuffled and shuffled, but couldn't find spate change anywhere, so I had to stand up for her.
"I'll pay for it.." The girl turned around and smiled at me, so I did too. I handed the lady two dollars and handed the girl her bag.
She walked outside and I watched as she did so, then I forgot to order. "Sorry.. I guess I was starstruck... umm I'll take a medium coffee." I explained with a slight blush in my cheeks.
I looked behind me and saw the girl walk away from the store and across the street to the bus stop, so I paid for my drink and ran over to her, out of breath.
"Uh... hey." I whispered, while sitting next to the girl. "Oh... hello. Thank you..." I froze up and showed a red face. "Umm.. what was that?" I asked. "I said... I said.... thank you."
I looked at the girl and forced a smile. "Oh.. your welcome... and by the way, my name is Hunter." I blushed and pushed my hair back. "Ashlynn. Hi, Hunter."
We both blushed and I actually felt different. But I knew it couldn't be love. Everyone knows that I never wanted to love anyone in my life. They all say I'm afraid of getting a broken heart in the end, but that can't be true.
I looked into Ashlynn's beautiful eyes. They sparkled brightly at me. She was she flawless, just to amazing to resist. I felt like... like...
