Konosuba Megumin the New Demon King

Prologue Part 2

"Megumin come on let's go it's time for our daily explosion routine."

Kazuma called me while I'm sitting on the couch.

Aqua is currently packing lunch, Darkness is the one who cooked them and right now she's changing here clothes.

I am currently sitting on the couch I might have fallen asleep.

"Come on Megumin we could go there already and cast explosion I could give you your mana while we wait for them."

I stood up and went to Kazuma and gave him a hug and a peck on his cheek.

"Alright let's go already."

"Hey wait for me I am already done packing our lunch Darkness is the only one left behind cause she takes some time before she could get changed."

Aqua hurriedly ran from the kitchen carrying four Bento Box and a large picnic blanket, she even knocks out Chomosuke who's lying on the counter on the kitchen entrance with Emperor Zel.

"Oi! what did Aqua said about me? I do not take much time changing it's just I am having a hard time choosing what to wear." Darkness spoke as she is walking down the stairs wearing a white dress and a straw hat, she look like a beautiful commoner woman despite being a noble.

I saw Kazuma staring at her intently and I poked his head with my staff.

"Ouch! What was that for!?"

"Fixed your eyes you are still looking at another woman when you already have me."

We all went together on a clear plains where I normally do my explosion.

The four of us chanted bakuretsu bakuretsu la la la while walking.

Some people wave at us and there was even an old lady who smiled.

When we got there Aqua laid our picnic blanket down the field, Darkness went to play with the flowers on the opposite side of where I practice explosion.

Kazuma went with me and help me pick a target for today.

"Hey Megumin how about that large rock over there I think it would be great if you blow that today."

"Okay now stand back I will now begin my chant."

I chanted my spell I noticed that there's a large amount of mana coming out from my staff then I casted
Explosion!!

The rock was destroyed in a single blow, Kazuma picked me up and drain touched me so I could gain mana, we went back but something's strange I saw Aqua and Darkness were looking at our back Kazuma stared back and was shocked.

I looked back and the rock I targeted begins to emit a black aura around it.

Then it began sucking everything around it first it suck a random flying bird and the aura starts getting bigger and bigger.

Then Aqua began to be suck in it Kazuma, Darkness and I pulled her back but it's too strong.

I can see Darkness and Kazuma loosing grip then Kazuma began to be suck off.

Darkness and I grabbed onto him making him lose grip on Aqua.

Aqua was suck then the Aura began to suck harder, Darkness is loosening her grip on Kazuma till I let go I don't have enough strength to pull, then I saw Darkness grip on him slip and he was sucked by the aura.

After he was sucked the aura disappeared leaving me and Darkness on the ground, we looked at each other and I began cry.

Then she stood up and pulls a sword out of nowhere and stabs herself.
