Spiderman X Reader Oneshot.

Summary: Spiderman visits his favourite civilian.

You were hunched over your desk scribbling out math equations and wrong answers, no matter how hard you focused you just couldn't get the right answer. You turned your head to the book of answers for what felt like the twentieth time that night, groaning you crossed out the answer you had previously written. Leaning back in your uncomfortable Ikea chair you heaved a sigh, you glanced at the small alarm clock on the other side of the room your eyes glaring at it as you attempted to read the small, red digits.

2:08 am

You rubbed your hands over your face, slowly sliding them back down as dramatically as you could. Swiveling back to your desk you resumed your previous work muttering curses under your breath. The room was barely lit as to not disturb your parents or anyone outside, the fairy lights dangling over your desk shook with the fast movements of the subway near your block of apartments. Striking another lead line through the numbers again you dumped your head on the paper, yawning loudly.

A light tap came from your bedroom window, you spun to face it a smile coming to your tired face. Quietly, you tiptoed to the window and gently pulled it open. Red and blue illuminated your view as he swiftly came into the room, he held his side and groaned with every fast movement he made; your smile soon turned into a frown. You rushed over to him and led him to sit on the comforter of your bed, the soft, fluffy blanket circling him. You stood in front of him, hands on your hips.

"What happened?" You whispered into the dark atmosphere, the fairy lights highlighting his mask. He chuckled but it soon faded into a cough, you gasped and rushed back over to your desk grabbing the glass of water your mum had forced you to drink. He reached to pull his mask over his lips and graciously took the glass from your hands, some of the liquid dripped down from his lips and went onto the bed. He mumbled out a sorry and returned the glass back to you.

"Funny story," he suddenly said, you glanced back at him staring at his lips as he spoke "I was stopping this robbery, you know, basic hero stuff 101. But more guys came and they had these...weapons, Stark I think? I don't know how they got them." He sighed, you sat next to him on the bed his warmth invading your personal space; it felt nice. You urged him to continue "Anyway, they got me pretty good. Although, I did get some good punches in." He joked, he turned to face you a smile gracing his lips. You sat there under his watchful gaze debating on what to say, you placed your hands in your lap fiddling with the material of your pyjama shirt.

"Do you want me to help you?" You asked, the eyes of his mask went wide a blush forming on his cheeks. You too realised what you said pink blanketing your face "Fo-for inj-juries, I mean." He chuckled and whispered a faint "yes please." He pulled down his mask again, a muffled groan leaving your lips. You stood up and slowly crept through the apartment to the bathroom, you couldn't afford to wake your parents up only for them to find New York's friendly neighbourhood Spiderman in your bed. You manoeuvred your hands around the small bathroom cupboard underneath the sink for supplies to fix up this spider boy.

Returning to your little room you slowly closed the door careful for it not to squeak like it usually did, you really needed your dad to look at it if this spider thing was a daily occurrence. As the door shut you turned to face the now half-naked teen on your bed, your eyes widened as you raked in his appearance, a noticeable blush on your face. "Like what you see?" He quipped, you shook your head embarrassed that he caught you ogling his body, you shuffled over to him and ungracefully dropped the supplies next to him. "It's not often I get to see New York's saver shirtless." You mused back, now it was his time to blush even if you couldn't see it you knew by his silence.
