"That was, " Korei breathed out once she and Hanta were planted on the ground. "So much fun!" She exclaimed, smiling up at Hanta as they parted. The black-haired boy chuckled and nodded in agreement. "And we got here so quick! You're a better mode of transportation than the train!"

"Ah, you're gonna make me blush, " Hanta said sarcastically, waving Korei's compliment off. She just giggled and fixed her skirt, making sure that it wasn't hiked up in the back.

"Thanks for holding my skirt down, by the way, " she added, linking her arm through Hanta's as they started heading inside. "I think I would have died if some random person saw my underwear or something."

"No problem, " he said, leading her into his building. As soon as they walked in, the music drowned out every word that they said. Hanta could confess and Korei wouldn't be able to hear it. She wouldn't be able to reject him.

Korei looked around in awe as she and Hanta made their ways further into the house. So many people were having so much fun and she was shocked that she'd never come to one before. Shinsou didn't like parties, he always said they were too loud. Korei thought it was exciting. Definitely more fun than sitting in Shinsou's bedroom and watching the same movie two to three times.

The lights started flashing, red, blue, and purple. It was like those club scenes in the movies. She loved it! Maybe it was the weed in her system that was finally hitting, or maybe it was the fact that she had never been to a party before, but she was having the time of her life and she hadn't even done anything yet. Hanta tugged on her hand, bringing her to the couch where Kirishima, Mina, and a few other kids were sitting. He yelled something but she couldn't hear him over the sound of the music. When Hanta let go of her hand, she panicked just the slightest. Was he leaving her? Well, yeah, he was, but he'd be back...right?

"SAITO!" Is all Korei heard as Kirishima pulled her down onto the couch beside him. He offered her some of his drink as he continued shouting at her. She could only make out a few of his words, smiling happily and just accepting the cup from him. A sip let her realize that it was soda, mixed with something way stronger. Her nose scrunched up but she swallowed anyway. Soda wasn't exactly her favorite thing to drink. She preferred water or maybe a nice hot tea. After seeing her face, Kirishima laughed and leaned a little closer, speaking directly into her ear as he took the cup back from her. "Have you ever drank before?"

"No, " she shook her head, backing away a little more to look at Kirishima. His hair wasn't spiked up like the last time she had seen him."My grandmother would probably kill me if she ever found out that I even took a sip." She confessed, her breath tickling Kirishima's neck as he turned his head so he could hear her better. "Also, my ex-boyfriend never really drank either."

"Oh? Who's your ex?" Kirishima asked. Korei looked down at her lap for a second, thinking about how she was supposed to refer to Shinsou as her ex from now on. She didn't really know what to call him. They weren't dating, nor were they even talking so calling him by his first name would be disrespectful.

"Uh, Shinsou, " she mumbled out. Kirishima couldn't hear her too well so he leaned closer and asked her to repeat it. Korei grew flustered, being so close to another boy that wasn't Hanta or Denki. She normally wouldn't get so nervous but maybe it was because she could hear Shinsou yelling about it in the back of her head. "C-can you, um, " her voice was low and Kirishima definitely couldn't hear her. He got closer, asking her to repeat herself and Korei's whole face turned a bright red. She thought of how Hanta would react. He'd encourage her to talk to a cute boy, right? It's not like he liked Korei anyway, they had only known each other for a few days. "It doesn't matter! He's an ex." She waved off, her voice louder so that the redhead could hear her.

"Oh yeah?" Kirishima nodded, smiling, and showing off his pointed teeth. Korei found that pretty interesting. Did it have something to do with his quirk? "Hey! You look really cute, by the way!" Korei looked up at him with wide eyes, her cheeks still heated from the flustered feeling earlier. She knew her outfit was a good choice! She watched as his mouth moved some more but she couldn't hear what he was saying so she just stood up from the couch, taking his hand and pulling him up with her. Kirishima's cheeks dusted with pink and he stared at her, thinking that she had heard what he said so he started leading her to the elevator. The noise was significantly lower when they got to that area. "So, uh, c-can I kiss you?" Korei was a little shocked by the question, though she didn't show it. Her golden-brown eyes met those striking red ones and she nodded. "Cool." Kirishima breathed out, placing his hand on the back of her neck as she tilted her head back some more. His eyes dropped to her glossed lips and he licked his own, excitement bubbling in his stomach as he closed the gap between them.

Kissing Kirishima was nothing like kissing Shinsou. He was a bit more gentle than she was used to, but he seemed to be in a rush. Korei didn't hesitate to kiss him back, one of her hands tangling in his soft hair as she ran the other over his shoulder. The elevator dinged, prompting them to separate. Unbeknownst to them, Hanta was actually on the elevator. He had to drop some stuff off to Denki and he knew Shinsou would be there and he didn't want to put Korei through that so he left her with Kirishima and Mina. Now, here he was, rushing past his red-haired friend and his crush as they made-out. Was it irrational of him to react that way? No, he had every right to feel like his heart had just been broken into pieces.

"Fuck." Hanta cursed to himself, running outside to get some fresh air. "I helped her get over Shinsou, that was the goal. It didn't take too long, I guess." He mumbled, threading his hands through his hair as he breathed in the fresh air. "Don't get upset about it, dude. She never knew you liked her! She didn't even know you but for a few days. Fuck! She knew Kirishima for less but of course, she'd go for him, he's cooler than me! Like, much cooler than me! For one, he didn't spend a whole damn year obsessing over her, " he growled, tears stinging his eyes and threatening to pour out. "I should just be happy for her! She's over that asshole, right? I mean, she's obviously having fun. I-i'm her friend. Friend. I'm happy if she's happy." He convinced himself, leaning against the large window and slowly sliding down it. The back of his head tapped against the glass, eyes closing as he gave in to the tears. "Fuck..."
