'Draco!' She's yelling for me, calling for me to help her. But my feet won't move. 'Draco! Draco!' Her calls start to muffle and all goes quiet. All that's heard is the water. I'm participating in the tri-wizard torment, I have to save (Y/N) from the bottom of the lagoon, but my feet won't move. 'Draco...' her long gone screams are now whispers. She's in my head, but why? 'Draco...' her whispers get intense.
My eyes shoot open and I'm suddenly awake. I've been dreaming of her a lot recently, but this night might be my breaking point. It's been a quite few day since I've seen her and I miss her. But I can't see her...
This damn business for Voldemort is getting out of hand. I can't sleep, I can't eat, I can't even be near people without being afraid to hurt them. That's what happened to Katie Bell, didn't it?
I shift in bed to get comfy again, or at least try to. I know I should keep my distance with her, but I wanna see her. I should probably keep my distance from anyone today. As today is the day, the day I bring Bellatrix and some of the other Death Eaters through the Vanishing Cabinet.
Bringing my feet to the cold floor, I get out of bed and get dressed into my usual black suit. I can feel my nerves set in and my hands start to shake. I don't think I can go through with this. Sneaking Bellatrix and the other Death Eaters into Hogwarts is one thing but killing Dumbledore is too far. I don't think I can be the one to do it, but I have to don't I? If I don't, god knows what'll happen to me. I've made it up the stairs to the basement level and am trying to make it past the Hufflepuff common but the one person I'm trying not to get too close to, especially tonight, has decided to show up.
"Draco, where are you going?" It's (Y/N), obviously. "It's 12:30am."
"Please not right now."
"I know you asked for a week but-," she hesitates.
"Just a few more days," I speak before she can start again.
"That's what you keep saying," she laughs in anger. I try my best to keep my distance but I end up a few feet away from (Y/N). I check the hallway before looking at her again.
"And that's all I need. After tonight it'll be done I just want to make sure you're safe." I start to walk away from her, I can't let her hold me back from doing this or hold me time wise. If I'm late I'll-
"So you're just gonna go?"
