"-you are," he says. I smile.
"If I'm baby, then what are you?"
"I don-" Draco starts but I cut him off.
"Why can't we both be baby?" I ask.
He laughs, "Cause I don't suit baby. I'm not as innocent as you anymore." He loses his smile.
"Draco."
"Do you know how many people I've seen die?"
"A lot?" I ask now saddened by the conversation.
"A lot," he nods. "And it's practically all to his hands. It worries me. I can't stop thinking of you and wanting to see you.. I don't want to see you hurt."
What he's saying reminds me of my dream. "Draco?" He hums. "Do you love me?"
"What? Why are you asking such a stupid question?"
"I just-. I had a dream, or a nightmare rather."
"Are you alright? Did it make you cry or anything?" he asks.
I shake my head, "It didn't make me cry, but it's been worrying me. I can't stop thinking of it."
"What happened?" I sigh and go to take a seat beside Draco but he takes hold of my hips. "Stay." I nod.
"Well, I was in the library the other night when all the lights, of what I had for lights," I refer to the magic flames, "went out."
I continue to tell him about my dream. Draco listens and doesn't interrupt. He nods when I ask a question or if I ask if he's still paying attention. He must have a good attention span to listen to me talk all the time. "-But the weird thing was when I woke up. Just like in the dream all the lights were off." Draco cocks his head.
  "Maybe a staff member-"
"Just say McGonagall," I cut him off to tease.
"McGonagall," he continues, "came by and dimmed the room for you after seeing you asleep?"
I shake my head. "I think she'd just wake me up and tell me to go back to my house, right?"
Draco hum, "I don't know. That doesn't matter," he says and looks to me. "Are you alright?"
"Like I said when you asked before, yes."
"I just want to make sure. You know I wouldn't let that happen," he says.
"Draco, I know. Well, I know you'd at least try to stop it from happening."
He nods, "It won't happen. And, if it makes you feel any better.." he hesitates but closed his mouth. He kisses my head and smiles. "It's late, you should go to bed."
"You always say that but what about yourself? You need sleep too."
"I know," he nods. "I don't stay up all night, I sleep."
"Good," I smile. I climb off Draco and stretch. My shirt pulls up and Draco chuckles. I roll my eyes and jokingly glare at him. "You're so childish."
"You love it," he laughs. I nod slightly but kisses his head before starting towards my shared bedroom. "Goodnight."
I stop and turn, "Goodnight, baby."
