It has been around five minutes since Harry's miraculous come back and the protective enchantment that Kingsley had put up was already beginning to fade away. Which is what was expected considering that there are still about sixty loyal Death Eaters outside of the enchantment trying to penetrate the Great Hall. Bellatrix being one of them. She could see her sister inside of the Great Hall and couldn't feel more disgusted that, just like her son, she changed sides. Just a couple of minutes ago she was recieving dirty looks from the members of the Order, but now they were welcoming her with open arms. Harry, before he left to go and lure Voldemort into the castle, quickly told the order that she saved his life. After he left, Lorelai told the Order that she also saved her life not once, but twice, causing Narcissa to earn a new level of trust and respect.

Lorelai stood next to Draco, wand in hand in the front line ready to attack the second the protective enchantment was breached. She had suggested that him and his mum hide because they were now considered traitors, but they insisted on fighting. Next to them stood Ginny, Fay, Blaise and Daphne, all as eager to defend Hogwarts as the other. But they had one advantage that the Death Eaters didn't have. They had hope and hope was a powerful thing. The Death Eaters who stayed already knew what their future held for them. They were to spend the rest of their lives rotting in Azkaban, but they were so mentally ill that for them, going to Azkaban was the fate of a hero.

"Any second now." Draco muttered impatiently, gripping his mothers wand so tight that his knuckles were white.

Noticing this, Lorelai places her free hand over his as an act of confort. "Hey, love, I'm really proud of you."

"For what?"

"Doing what you did in the Courtyard. You thought Harry was dead and you still stayed on our side."

"I only did what I should have done years ago." He answered. "You shouldn't be proud of me for realizing something. It was too late."

"Too late?" she gasped. "Draco, it might not seem like it for you, but you not going over to your parents made all of the difference. Not to mention the fact that you destroyed a Horcrux!" She raved. She hadn't noticed that she raised her voice quite a lot at the end and now everybody in the Great Hall was staring at them.

"Blimey, Malfoy, you destroyed a Horcrux?" Dean asks in pure shock.

"Yeah." Draco answered. His cheeks were now bright red due to all of the sudden attention.

"Well shit, I always knew that deep down you were a decent person." He chuckled.

"Dean, no you didn't, shut up." Ginny commented.

"Well can you blame him?" Seamus inputs.

"When I was held captive at the Malfoy Manor, Draco would always sneak in some food and water for Mr. Olivander and I." Luna testified.

"Lore was really right about you, mate." Dean admitted before sticking his hand out for Draco to shake. "Now I'm not saying we are friends, but I'm open to it eventually happening. You've earned my respect, Malfoy."
