CHAPTER TWO

"Hala ka! Bakita nandito ang anak ng Alpha at Primus?!"

"OMG! Si Red sis!"

"Huh? Hala oo nga! Bakit nandito 'yan?!"

"Rico!"

"Huh? Bakit kaya nandito 'yang—ah!" napalingon naman ako kay Emy na nakatingin rin pala sakin nang magsalita siya. She smiled at me, while still nodding. Napakunot naman ang noo ko, anong ibig sabihin niyang 'ahh' niya? It feels weird but when I stopped looking at them, it feels easier to breath.

"Sino ba sila, Ems?" tanong ko, I don't understand why my whole body was curious about them.

Oh, wait. Kanina ko pa siya tinatawag na Ems, ayos lang kaya sa kanya? It's so rude of me!

"Uh, ayos lang ba sa'yo na tinatawag kitang Ems?"

"Sina Red at Rico 'yan. Si Red, anak ng Primus, bale siya ang susunod na mamumuno sa pack nila tapos si Rico naman, anak ng Alpha, gano'n din, siya ang magmamana ng katungkulan. And, yup! It's completely fine for you to call me Ems," she said.

Primus at Alpha.

Siguro yun ang dahilan kung bakit ganon na lang ang kaba ko kanina. So, they are the pack leaders' sons. Maybe it's because of their presence, and how the two of them have a high position.

"Hindi normal sa kanila na mapadpad dito sa section natin dahil nasa mas mataas silang klase. So we're all shocked to see them here. Pero now, I already know their reason," sabi ulit ni Emy. It made me curious about their reason.

"What's their reason, then?" I asked, hoping to have an answer.

She just shrugged and turned away. I realized then that she doesn't want to tell me what it was. What can be the reason of these two lads for them to come here? It must be very special.

Muling nakuha ang atensyon ko ng may pumasok na lalaki. A man with eye glasses made his way in. Saka ko lang nalaman na siya ang history teacher namin nang magpakilala na siya.

"I am Sir Jonel. Your history teacher," sabi niya matapos isulat sa whiteboard ang pangalan niya at ginuhitan. Binati namin siya at nagsi-upo na nang paupuin niya kami.

"So, as you can see, narito si Mr. Adams at Mr. Collins. Magt-transfer na sila ng klase nila rito. That means that they'll be your classmate for the rest of the school year."

Gasped we're heard everywhere after his announcement. Some even started whispering to each other, may iba pa na parang nag-aaway pa dahil doon.

"You two can find your seats already." The chaos inside the room intensified when Sir Jonel announced it.

"OMG! Girl, alis diyan! Sa'kin tatabi si Red! Shoo!"

"No freaking way! Why would I?! Ikaw ang umalis diyan, duh!"

"Girls, wag na umasa. Sa'kin siya tatabi."

"Basta Rico is mine!"

Halos gusto kong lamunin ng lupa sa kahihiyang pinapakita nila. I looked at sir who's just staring at his book, probably preparing himself for the class after the two future leaders chose their seat.

Parang wala lang din sa dalawa ang mga ingay nang nagsimula na silang maghanap ng uupuan. Well, maybe they are already used to this. Imagine having those godly looks and insane body, they'll always be the talk of the town, for sure.

Pinanood ng lahat ang paglalakad ng dalawa. Ayaw ko sana silang panuorin but I can't take my eyes off of them. Their presence is too strong to not be recognized. They were both serious as they made their way through the...back?
