"Morning, hothead."
Jisung didn't spare a glance at her, continuing to scroll through his phone before the class started.
"Good morning, Seorin!" she answered herself in a mockingly deep voice, sitting down at her seat next to him.
"I don't sound like that, nor do I call you that." he scoffed, still not tearing his eyes away from the screen.
"Oh, my bad. I'm Park Jisung and I hate Baek." she said more aggressively.
"How could you sound even more annoying trying to impersonate me?" he raised an eyebrow.
"Probably cause you're a thousand times more annoying than I am."
"Usually I look forward to you talking less in the mornings, why are you so damn talkative right now?" he hissed, finally looking up at her in annoyance.
"It's called caffeine. You should try it, it helps with having a shit attitude." she grumbled, taking another sip from her straw.
"Clearly it doesn't help yours. I don't drink sugar infused garbage." he muttered, earning an irritated glare from her.
"Sorry, I forgot you care too much about your body for 'training purposes', or whatever the fuck." she replied, recalling his insane leader complex.
"You say that like it's a bad thing. At least I'm not 4'11." he fired, looking down at her smaller figure.
She gasped in shock, crossing her arms at his rude remark. "I am actually in the five feet club, I make up all five of those feet." she shot back.
"Wow, I was your height before I reached double digits. Want a sticker, baby?" he retorted.
Seorin pursed her lips in response. "Actually, I like stickers."
"Gosh, you really are a baby." he gawked, rolling his eyes at her childlike tendencies.
And to think my father is afraid I won't be the mature enough prodigy for the throne, he thought to himself.
