Sylvia's POV

We put Kiyan and Liliana on my bed Kiyan sure has taken a lot of beating. Sylvana stood after examining Liliana She's fine, she has a few bruises but no major injuries. Kiyan's pet bird asked Is Master going to be okay? I nodded Yes, I think he will.

Axel said aloud Still though, I can't believe that she... looking at Elsa ...managed to get him back, is she Kiyan's girlfriend? Elsa reddened N-No, we're just friends, right, Dianne? I saw a sly look on Dianne's face when she answered Yeah, right, just friends. I notice one thing By the way, where are the Elves?

Elsa added Sir Stein and Miss Athena too.

Lief answered They went to do something, the lady with scythe said something like finishing what started all this mess with a scary look on her face. I said to the others I guess we have to leave these two alone for a while, Sylvana and Alexander here can take care of them. It's not like they'll recover faster if we lay eyes on them the entire time.

We went to the living room and sat on the couch, sighing loudly. Wilhelmina said It's like I sat comfortably after a hard day's work. Anastasia added Me too, it's not like I did something big to help. I sat as well then I heard a stomach growling, I look at Janus, which everyone looked at him as well, he chuckled dryly, scratching his head I guess I'm a bit hungry. Axel added Me too, all that danger made me forget about food.

I stood I'm guessing everyone is hungry? They admit that they're famished Okay, I'll just make some pancakes. As I went to the kitchen, I heard that Erica girl say This house that we're in sure is useful, you can take it anywhere you want to go! A nerve appeared on my temple when Axel replied Yes, but it's so weird that she can carry her house, this is definitely a gypsy's work.

Third person's POV

While the others are talking earnestly, Dianne recalled the name of the food Sylvia said in thought Pan... she made an image of a pan used for cooking ...cake? She imagined the bread with the unusual texture and softness, like a chiffon cake If I combine them,..it's like a cake being made in a pan.

She frowned in thought How can you make a cake in a pan? Bakers in the Clan uses mud-brick ovens to bake breads. Elsa noticed her What's wrong, Dianne? Dianne sighed I was just thinking of the food Miss Sylvia is making - pancake. I thought on how to make a cake on a pan. The rest heard what she said then Janus said That's impossible without that dome oven, Kitara and her mother uses one. Anastasia asked What's on your mind?

Dianne crossed her arms Ever since I tasted the food Miss Sylvia made, I wanted to cook one for our restaurant but I don't know all the exact ingredients and the way to cook it. Now that there are something new, I want to learn them and serve a new recipe to our customers. Axel suggested How about you take a sneak peek?

Erica said You can just simply ask her to teach you, it's that simple. Dianne leaned comfortably on the couch I want to but we're not that 'close' close. She chuckled And she's from the future. Janus said after a while Everything here is from the future. He leaned forward and said curiously I wonder what it's like in the future, I want to go there.

Wilhelmina also said Me too, Kiyan was totally excited when he saw all this stuff, he lit up my interest. I mean, I've been there but--

Janus exploded What?! You were there too?!! Dianne said You never said anything!

Wilhelmina said Yes, I also went to the world Kiyan was in - there were lots of attractive houses there like this house, then I saw those 'cars' but there are a lot of them running back and forth on a wide street; they keep on releasing smoke even though there's no fire, and went to a 'high shool' there but we didn't enter for we have no 'ID'. Elsa asked What's a 'high skool' and 'aydi'?
