Chapter 13

She told me how they got us a VIP pass and that they were upstairs. The place was full of people dancing close together, hands waving in the air as the music thumped through the club. We weaved our way through to where a security guard stood who let us past when he checked our passes.
I spotted Mateo straight away his dark jet black hair swept back from his forehead. He was wearing a crisp white shirt and dark blue jeans, I'd never seen him in anything this trendy. His blue blazing eyes shone as the lights reflected off his gorgeous face.
He looked breathtaking! He must be the most hottest man to grace this earth. I had never ever been so sure of anything else in my whole life I wanted him but I knew I shouldn't.
A tall girl with black hair had her back to me and her hand was resting on his chest. My heart sank a little, I didn't like this jealous feeling.
Lisa tugged me along with her hand..
"Hey guys and girls!!" She shouted over the music.

Mateo still hadn't looked at me he was too occupied with who ever was hung on his every word. Suddenly I noticed Danny standing next to me, he looked gorgeous too. He had his hair styled, a navy blue top and jeans on.
"You look gorgeous Lacey."
I blushed I'm still not used to compliments especially when I feel this naked I've never had so much skin on show.
"Thank you, you scrub up nice too." I smiled at him.
He returned my smile, with his lovely one.
"Can I get you a drink?"
"Yes please, can I have a vodka and coke?"
"Yeah sure, be right back unless you want to come with?"
Just then Mateo had turned and noticed me.
The girl was trying to speak to him, but he wasn't answering her he was too busy staring at me. I could feel his eyes travel down my naked back and over the curve of my bum. She tugged his shirt, which brought him back to earth as he looked at her.
"Yeah I'll come."
I followed Danny to the bar. We had a laugh, he told me he knew more sports cars than I did. So we played a game I named one then he had to, the one who couldn't think of anymore lost and had to buy the next drink. Of course he won but I gave him a good run.
"We should go back to the others."
He nodded.

"There you are! Come on I've been waiting for you, we need to dance girl." Lisa grabbed my hand and we headed downstairs to the crowded dancefloor.
I was officially tipsy, swaying my hips to the music. The guys had come down acting clever dancing around us. Danny had a quick sway with me. Even Mateo was dancing who knew he could move like that. He had drunk a fair amount but you couldn't tell. He danced with Lisa, Georgie and now it seemed it was my turn.
"Come on then stinker, show me what you got." He smiled looking so carefree and young.

He was confident and sexy he grabbed my wrists gently putting them around his neck sensing I wouldn't be brave enough to do it myself. As soon as he placed his hands on my waist, it felt like a surge of electric went through my body. His eyes flickered as if he felt it too. With my arms around him, there was no reason to care. He moved us effortlessly. My body pressed against his, these butterflies I felt made me feel like we could fly. I stared longingly at his lips.
"You should really stop that."
I flicked my eyes up to meet his..
"Stop what?" I asked innocently.
His eyes looked like they had lust and desire in them but he was so hard to read.
"Your looking at me like you want me to kiss you. You shouldn't mess with the devil remember. You'll only get burnt." He warned, his eyes darkened.
I want to keep dancing with the devil though and I definitely wanted him to kiss me!
Just then Lisa broke the spell I was under, she told him to find another dance partner as I was hers.

I saw him walk back upstairs with the guys catching a glimpse of his perfect white teeth as he laughed. Me and Lisa continued to dance.
A guy had asked if we were lesbians and Lisa thought it would be a good idea to agree. He didn't believe us until she put her arms around me and kissed me. We couldn't stop laughing at his reaction. I gave her chest a squeeze for good measure. His face was priceless!

We had been dancing a while longer when this muscular man was dancing getting closer and closer to me, then grabbed my waist.
"Err.. no thank you I'm not interested."
"Just give me time I'll make you interested."
"Back off!" Lisa shouted at him yanking me away from him.
He walked away.

We danced a little longer until Lisa saw her friend shouting "Oh my god Tina!! Wait there I'll buy you a drink! It's been way too long.."
"I'm just gonna go to the toilet. I'm busting! I'll meet you upstairs Lisa."
   She nodded then set off to her friend. I pushed my way through the crowd over the dance floor looking for the toilets.
