"I-I did it for us. I did it for our life that we  have here" Elena reasoned

"For our life, what about Bonnie's life. The people of this town. We are their only hope. I thought that we were suppose to stand up for the people of this town and protect them but instead we lie to them. And yes it's justifiable to lie to them because of all the actual crap that goes on in this town but you lied to me and you lied to Stefan...and you lied to Bonnie. Did she even know what kind of spell she was performing"

"Caroline I was only trying to-"

"No! Save it Elena, you were only thinking about yourself. What happens when Silas comes because eventually he will then what"

"We will be ready to fight him"

"NO! Don't you get it, Silas isn't some newbie vampire that wants to exact revenge. We don't even know what he truly looks like and on top of that have you not been listening to Kol or were you too busy coming up with a plan to kill him to listen to a single word that he was saying. The Elena that I once knew would never have let it get this far or even think about taking billions of innocent people's life to save her own"

"I hardly call Kol innocent"

"Ok, Kol might not have been innocent but what about his entire sire line they were innocent people. They didn't ask for this"

"I'm sure we were doing others a favor and getting rid of them"

"Oh my gosh, do you even hear yourself. You are trying to RATIONALIZE why this is okay."

"Fine! I wanted the cure is that what you wanted to hear! I cannot live like this Caroline. I wasnt meant to be like this"

" The rest of us were though. We have all had to adjust to our new normal. You think your the only one who was turned against their will, Katherine suffocated me and let's not forget the only reason any vampires exist in the first place is because a mother poisoned her children during a family meal turning them against their will. So no! No you don't get to play the damsel when what you just did you only cared about yourself"

"That is not true! Care, I I just can't be a vampire. I wasn't meant to be one. I wasn't suppose to live for all eternity"

"And the rest of us do! None of us was asked to be the bloodsucking monsters that we are but we are now and we have to live with it"

"Caroline. Come on you know it's not like that."

"It's always like that. When you transitioned everyone was around you to make it as easy as possible but for the rest of us we went through it alone. Stefan might have had Damon but Damon was so pissed he vowed to give Stefan an eternity of misery. The Mikaelson's may have had each other but that doesn't make up for the loneliness that came in their life of not having someone else besides each other and having to always run."

"I see that but I'm trying to keep us safe so we won't lose anyone else."

"Oh really, what about Jeremy. Elena where is Jeremy now.....dead. He is dead because you were 'trying to keep us safe' and Bonnie what about her. We keep putting her life on the line time and time again."

I said being fed up with her. I knew it sounded harsh but I wanted to make sure the she knew where I was coming from

"I know that and I have apologized to her for that"

"APOLOGIZED, there is no apology in the world that would fix this." I said walking out her front door slamming it behind me

"Caroline, what are you doing here"

"I don't know I was just driving and I ended up here"

"Come in love" Klaus said moving out the doorway going into a room with Caroline following behind him

"I'm sorry about your brother. I - I know I told you this last night but I am really sorry I didn't know that they were going to do that. If I did I would have tried to stop it but it isn't like anybody listens to me I mean I'm just little old Caroline the girl who always needs saving and they don't even taken into account that I am actually useful that I have ideas that- sorry I tend to ramble when I'm upset"

"Oh no please continue, I do enjoy it" Klaus said handing her a drink of bourbon

"I mean it was her idea to wake up Silas! After EVERYTHING Kol tried to warn us about she still went and tried to wake him up."

"Love, why don't you go upstairs and take a nap. You see worked up, maybe some rest will do you some good."

Klaus said giving me that smirk of his that made me feel all weird inside. At first I was hesitant to take up his offer because he was still the big bad hybrid that tried to kill my friends.

"Fine but I won't be sleep long just maybe for an hour than I have to go."

"Good Evening Love."

"How long was I asleep." Seeing Klaus on the couch with his sketchbook

"Only an hour. As requested." he said looking up at me

"Oh, ok. Well I'm going to go." I said not really knowing what to say next

"I hope you are well rested love."

"Um, thanks I guess. I'll see you later or something."
