Kya Yeh Hai Mohabbatein?

Balcony Mein Uthna

Ishita fell fast asleep onto the balcony while watching the droplets fall. Amma came to check on her. She did not expect for Ishita to be asleep. Madhu called Santoshi to tell her that they would have to implement their plan tomorrow because Ishita fell asleep. She told Santoshi to go to sleep and that they would get together to make sure their plan was solid. Santoshi went to check on Raman to find that he was also asleep. She shut his computer screen and placed it on his bed inside the room. She brought a blanket and covered him and then went to sleep herself.

The next morning, Raman woke panicking. He had a dream that he had spilled water all over his computer and his whole presentation was ruined. Looking around, he was surprised he was sitting on the balcony. He looked down to to see a blanket was wrapped around him. Maa, he though. She was the only one who could have done this. He quickly reminded himself to remember to thank her on his way out. He got up and opened his computer. He quickly checked to make sure the presentation was finished. He quickly finished the last slide and then went to shower. He got dressed, took his computer bag and walked into the kitchen to find Maa waiting for him with his lunch.

"Thank you Maa. Kaal raat pata nahi mein kaise soh gaya." Raman said.

"Koi baat nahi Puttar. Tu bahot thaka hua lag raha tha." Maa said.

He quickly rushed out of the house and drove to his job. This morning he had to go to a very special meeting. His company was manufacturing the supplies for a dentist to open her clinic. This was one of his biggest projects since he became a CEO so he wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. 

Ishita woke up on the balcony and looked around. She remembered how she had a headache and she came out here to sit. Instead of sitting, she totally fell asleep. Ayyooo Murugan, she though. Mujhe aaj kitna kaam hai. She quickly got up, showered, and got dressed. She rushed into the kitchen. Today, Amma had a smile on her face when giving her tiffin to her. Ishita noticed it but didin't think it mattered enough to ask about it. She passed by Appa who was sitting and reading a newspaper.

"Good Morning Amma, Appa." she said. "Appa? Aaj kuch naya hua hai bank mein?" she asked as she hurriedly put on her shoes. It was her morning routine. Her father would be sitting down on the table reading the newspaper while sipping chai. As Ishita was late, she would wear her shoes and hear about the news. Recently, there had been a lot of bank scandals. "Ok. Bye Amma. Bye Appa." She yelled as she ran out the door. Today was so important for her. She was going to get her father's dream fulfilled. She ran to her car and started driving. As she reached her destination which was a building close to her clinic, she pulled out the tiny Ganpati bapa murthi she had in her purse. She quickly did a short aarti and then placed the statue back into her purse. She took her files from the trunk of her car and then ran inside the building.
