Chapter 13

Chapter 13

Scott

I couldn't tell her that there was a duffle of her clothes in the closet, she just looked perfect in mine. Her body covered in my clothes, my scent, and now by my own. The shirt she was wearing had ridden up but I replaced it with my hand on her bare waist. My skin igniting with sparks and pleasure, the moans that escaped her lips let me know she felt it too. She tasted amazing, her lips quickly became the only the that kept my immortal body alive.

I hitched her leg to my hip, drawing her closer and pressing my body into her. I wanted her to feel what she had done to me, I wanted her. Every piece of her. As I pressed my hard self against her I felt her gasp, not wasting a moment I kissed her once more with renewed passion. My tongue traced her lips, not asking but telling her I would soon trace every surface possible. She broke the kiss moments later, gasping for air, I took that moment to trace kisses up her jaw line up to her earlobe. Sliding my hand I cupped her perfectly round butt in my hand and gently grinded into her.

"Scott," my little Soul cried. Hearing my name on her lips just sent me over a new edge I never knew I had. I trailed my kisses down her neck, down to where I would soon mark her with my Seal. I knew it wouldn't be tonight, I still had to tell her, I just wanted to feel it. My tongue traced around the base of her neck, the blood pumping hard under that sweet skin that sent waves of emotions I had thought were dormant.

"S-stop, p-p-please," she finally was able to spit out. I froze, had I hurt her?

"Are you okay?" I asked lifted myself off her but still keeping contact with her. I searched her body, I knew she wasn't bleeding since I didn't smell her blood.

"I'm-I'm okay, I just can't, we can't do this," she whispered painfully as a tear slipped out her eye. She turned away, unknowingly into my arm. What had I done? I sat up, pulling her gently with me and sat her in my lap. Its like in that moment she shrunk, she became so small, childlike almost. Silently sobs began to shake her small frame as she buried herself in my chest.

"Kaylin," I brushed the hair back behind her ear, revealing the naked bruises that were naked to mortals eyes and on the verge of fully healing. I gently kissed her cheek, I hated that I wasn't there to protect her.

"You won't want me anymore," she cried and a new wave of tears fell across those perfect cheeks, I kissed one away trying to calm her.

"You have no idea how important you are to me Kaylin, there's nothing that would ever make me not want you. I've looked for you my whole life," I joyfully admitted. "Why do you think I wouldn't want you?"

"Because I'm worthless."

"Because I'm worthless," I confessed. This had to happen sooner or later, might as well happen now. Just get this over with, the longer I let this charade go on the more it'll kill me when he leaves. At least I had the past few days, I had those moments I could relive forever, and those kisses, his touch. Nothing would ever make me feel the way he did, but I knew I could make it having known his...love?

"Kaylin, you're the exact opposite of worthless, you're my everything. Priceless is more accurate. I know this is fast, and I want to explain everything to you, I just- I don't want to scare you," he paused. "You, you Kaylin, are every reason I breathe," his lips gently pressed against mine, I wanted nothing more than to kiss him back. With all that I had left I pushed off him and went to the window. All traces of the sun were scrubbed from the sky, the moon was coming up and shinning straight into our room, I mean Scott's room. See it was getting to me, he was already getting to me.
