Waking up in a field I felt like I was floating almost, there seemed to no real sense of gravity. Quickly I scrambled to stand and survey my surroundings, I didn't remember coming here but it wasn't a unfamiliar place. Standing I was able to take in the wide open space with slightly overgrown grass, little flowers randomly decorating the ground.

My eyes swept over towards the woods were two little giggling girls emerging from the woods. A lump formed in my throat as I watched the memory unfold of my sister and I running with no care in the world. A sob wrecked my body as my beautiful mother came gently bounding after us. I missed her so much, watching as she run behind me and my sister and scooped us up into her loving arms, attacking us with kisses and tickles. Her hair half pulled up, long curls falling like a angel as she continued tickling us. Giggles dancing across the field.

"Momma stop!" Sarah screamed through the giggles.

"I can't, Mommy needs all the kisses!!!" she playfully growled as she resumed her playful attack.

Suddenly tall muscular man appeared from the woods, he joined the laughter and love that was ongoing. We all recognized the man and with greed we pulled him into our playful circle. The odd part was no matter how long I tried to stare at the new comers face I couldn't recall a single detail even as I looked at him again.

I watched as the memory slowly start to fade, at first it seemed like a storm was coming in but it slowly got darker and darker.

"Don't leave again!" I begged as I tried to chase them. My sobs brought me back down to my knees.

Red eyes glowed from the darkness and a menacing growl shook me to my core and a scream that wasn't completely my own ripped through me.

My eyes fluttered open, Scott and Hunter flooded my vision immediately. Concern, pain, and confusion spread throughout their faces.

"Kaylin baby, what happened?" Scott begged. His voice barely a whisper, spoken through painful lips.

"I saw her," my voice weaker than I thought. I was conscious but my body remained limp, I pushed for my brain to at least grasp full coherency. This was a process I was used to, when Allen would beat me to my edge of life I would have to push my brain to stay. Like calling to another person almost, begging not to leave me in my time of most need, for if I lost that then I would truly die.

"Who Kaylin?" a female voice I didn't intimately know sounded off. I knew it was one of the women that was in the room when I passed out.

"Sarah, momma, but..," my voiced trialed off, my body didn't have the strength to put my thoughts into words.

"Kaylin, who else was there?" the female voice grew closer and more serious.

"His face isn't there," I sounded drunk.

Commotion and whispered voice swirled around my head like water, fluid and ever moving. Scott's hands adjusted my body, sparks touched my skin and covered me with a sensation of safety. I felt like I was being sat up against a warm surface, my heart warmed realizing it was Scott before he planted feather like kisses on the side of my head.

"Sip this my love," Scott's whisper commanded my body as a straw was placed to my lips and I began to drink. It wasn't good, in fact my first reaction was to spit it out, but after the first sip it was as if my body demanded more.

"Better?" Scott asked as his hands performed miracles of their own in reawakening my body.

"Yes, thank you," I offered a lazy apology to all that were helping me.
