Blake

I get to Liam's house. It looks lived in with ivy covering the side of the house and a baby's tricycle hanging about. I hear screaming as I get to the backyard.

-Go, Amanda! Cannon ball, classic! - They're having a pool diving competition and Jane is judging. - 57/45!

-Liam, the myth, the legend! - Liam gets a running start, he jumps into the pool and moves his arms downward and twirls frontward into a cannonball position doing a front flip. - 10/13!

-What kind of scale are you using? - I joke, making it known I'm there.

-New kid! It's your turn! - Jane says and Hannah starts pushing me into the edge of the pool. She's strong.

-I really shouldn't. Me and big bodies of water... not a great combination. - She doesn't care and keeps pushing me. I give in.

-Okay, okay. - I pull my feet apart, do a swiping motion with my arms across the ground and then I jump and lift my chest up and kick my back leg at the same time so that my leg and chest are lifting my body up from the ground as I do a spinning motion. It's looks like a UFO or as it's better known the butterfly flip.

As I'm underwater I can sort of hear the cheers from above. It feels good to know something as simple as a flip is worthy of reward among these guys.

-100 out of 10, great job! That was what we like to call the majestic flying flip flop somersault jumping jack side flip! - Liam ruffles my hair and this guy that I have no idea who he is gives me a high five.

-I'm Steve by the way.

-Hi Steve, I'm Blake. - I try to shake his hand but both our hands are very slippery.

I start drying myself thoroughly with a towel. Hannah is grabbing Jane trying to get her to jump in the pool. Liam sees the fight between the two of them and decides to push them both in the pool and in doing so he slips. He hits his head on the side of the pool and falls in. I was watching the situation so I step in to see if he's conscious. He's not. I jump in.

Jane is looking at me giggling but when she notices what is going on her face changes expression. I drag Liam out of the water with Hannah and Steve's help.

-We've got to call a paramedic. - I say that loud and clear but the people around us are still standing there looking at us, shocked.

-Didn't you hear me, he needs help! - They're still standing and Jane intervenes.

-Your... skin... it's glowing.
