Monday morning, ready to go to work. My hair was put up and my clothes were looking like proper "first day" clothes. I was so nervous and shaking so much, that I literally thought I was going to die. But I would get through this. I did not come here to bail on this. To bail on my dream.

"Taxi!" I shouted down the street, as I saw it come closer to where I was standing. The weather was lovely today. At least in my opinion. Rain was pouring down on my umbrella. I loved the sound of rain drops dripping down on umbrellas. I always did, since I was little. Whenever it was raining, I used to steal my mothers big umbrella, go outside and sit under it in the rain, just listening to the beautiful sound. Finally for my 8th birthday, she got me one for my own. And the first day it was raining, I sat out all day even though it was freezing outside. I did in fact get sick the day after.

I was drifted away in my thoughts, when the taxi driver stopped so sudden and fast, I almost flew into the seat in front of me. He quickly apologized and said it was a bad habit, so I just laughed of it. I sat in the car waiting for him to drive on. "Uhm, miss? Aren't you going off here?" he said and glazed me. I looked out of the window, met by the sight of a big building that said "Global Counseling". "Oh my god, I'm here" I whispered to myself, realizing I hadn't paid any attention to my surroundings.

I gave the driver money for the ride, opened the door quickly and closed it again. As I had made sure I looked nice, I elegantly walked in through a big revolving door, met by so many people I could hardly count. I almost had to squeeze myself through the crowd to get to the reception. A very nice looking young lady was reading through some files.

I cleared my throat. "Excuse me, but this is my first day working here and I have no idea where I'm supposed to go" I lightly chuckled, but it became a mixture of a chuckle and a sigh. She looked up from her paper, and smiled sweetly. "Oh, how exciting! What's your name, darling?" she said and grabbed a pen that was lying in a box in front of her. "Violet McKenzie."

She browsed through her files, until she stopped and put her pointing finger down on the page. "There you are! Let me see.. It looks like your going to the 4th floor. Is Fabio the one who gave you the job?" I nodded, happy that I was actually on the list. Anything could go wrong on the first day, so I had thought about that.

"Great! You're going to work in section 8. You will meet your co-workers in room 406. Good luck on your first day! It'll be great" she said and smiled as I smiled back, and started walking to the elevator.

The way up felt like years or decades. It was awful standing there, shaking like a 5 year old boy who had just been out in the snow without his jacket that his mother insisted for him to put on. Luckily, I was all alone with my thoughts running through my mind aggressively. Ding. The doors opened, and loads of people where here, too. Would it really be like this every day? Don't you dare to even think that thought, this has been your dream job since you were 11.

I cleared my throat, and started looking for section 8. Finally I found it, but there were so many rooms I almost had a panic attack just looking at it. People were walking in and out one door, and then they went in to another door and so on. Eventually I managed to find a door with the number "406" on it, both relieved and scared to death. I carefully knocked on the door. "Come in" a dark voice that I had heard before said.

The door opened slowly as I walked in. There were about 5 people in the room, all looking very professional.

"Ah, Violet! It's great to see that you found your way here!" Fabio greeted me. I went over to him and shook his hand with a big smile on my face.

"It's a pleasure to finally meet you, professor Fabio. I've been looking forward to it for a long time now!" He laughed joyfully.

"Well, that's good to hear. Now, this is your co-workers. They will be with you all day today, well, at least one of them, to guide you around and introduce you to this wonderful place. Now I'll let them introduce themselves to you."

I looked at the four people standing there. They all looked very nice and like proper colleges.

"My name is Loran Dawson, and I work with sociology" a red-haired woman greeted me with a smile. I nodded back.

"I'm Brian McCallister, and I work with physiologi, and the humans brain" an old man with a white beard and hair said and smiled whole-heartedly towards me.

"My name is Richard Johnson, and I'm working with the science in the nature" The young, blonde man with glasses on said and grinned at me. Then, it was the last one.

"Hello, Violet. My name is Harry, Harry Styles, and I work in the nutrient delivery. It's very nice to meet you." He had a thick, gorgeous british accent that stood out from all the others accents. His long hair was golden brown, with lovely curls. Then there was his eyes.. They were green like the lushest forest in Greendale.

I smiled at him as he gave me a smirk back, eyeing me. I could really get used to that face being here everyday.
