AYUSH'S POV.

"Ayush I have cancer" he closed his eyes tears streaming down. He looked different, he was looking weak, he had red spots on his face, arms, legs and eyelids, but not much thou, he had dark circles under his eyes. His hair, he was bald, I don't think I've ever seen him bald. Oh Farhan! I haven't seen him in a while, he doesn't let us meet, so that's why.

"You what?" I bursted out laughing making me choke. He tried to help me with a glass of water but I raised my right hand up making him stop.

"Don't bother" I helped my self with the glass of water coughing continuously.

"Sannu" he said after I gulped down the water.

"Keep your sorry to yourself, you need it way more than I do" I said with a straight face.

"And stop acting like you care" I half yelled.

"What do you mean? I do care" he said in a low tune.

"No you don't! if you did you wouldn't have made me love you so much knowing you have cancer, you wouldn't have sent me those sweet messages day and night, you wouldn't have made it your daily routine to bake me my favorites, you wouldn't have done all the sweet things you have done to make me love you so much that I couldn't realize u have cancer, it was so obvious but I couldn't point that out because of the love I had for you, you always make me smile Farhan, but today you made me cry, I thought we don't keep secrets from each other, but I was wrong–" I coughed.

"Sannu"

"I said I don't need your sorry besides you're the one admitted here and is on the hospital bed so don't....keep it to yourself, I just choked, you have a serious sickness that's way ahead of choking"

"Mi am..." I cut him off.

"Don't call me that, call me by my name"

"Am sor..." He started coughing.

"Sannu" I helped him with a glass of water. Ugh! Why do I care?

"Am sorry if you're angry for not telling you earlier" he said after drinking the water. I collected the glass but didn't put it away.

"Angry?" I scoffed.

"Am furious Farhan" I added.

"Why did u make me fall for you Farhan, why?" I teared up.

"Why Farhan whyyyyy" I plamed my face and let the tears stream down.

"Am sorry, I was afraid of your reaction"

"You said you love me" I ignored what he said.

"Yes I Love you Ayush and I'll always do"

"No you don't" I cried out repeating 'no you don't' I can't believe he hid such a thing from me.

"Of course I do"

"Then why did u hide this from me" I laid my forehead on the bed beside his hand and cried my heart out. He didn't say a thing he knows i feel better when I cry my heart out when in pain. Then he'll find the most soothing words to make me feel better.
