It was an hour after you had stormed out of the apartment after hearing Wakatoshi say those hurtful words.

You had just aimlessly walked the streets at first, but in the end your feet had taken you to Tsutsujigaoka park, where you first went jogging with him. Since then you had gone back to the park quite often when you needed a break from being inside.

In the past week, you had started to feel the impact of not knowing a lot of things in the neighborhood, not being able to communicate with a lot of people. Even though you had gotten a few books on learning Japanese, you did not have a lot of time to practice and even if you had, it was not like you could learn the language overnight.

You figured that the building frustration had contributed to such a silly thing, as where in the kitchen the sugar was located, leading to an unpleasant discussion like that. If it could even still be called a discussion, an argument was a more appropriate name for it.

It was late evening, so not a lot of people were out and the only light you had in the park was that of the moon. After wandering around for a bit, you decided to sit down underneath a pine tree with low hanging branches.

You sighed as you leaned against the tree, and went over the events of tonight for the umpteenth time. You knew Wakatoshi wasn't entirely to blame. When you thought about it, maybe you had made yourself too much at home. You had been living on your own for two years, before moving into your dorm with a roommate who was never around, so you were used to just doing and not doing what you wanted.

And while you were sure Wakatoshi had wanted you to feel at home, you had not really taken into consideration that it was not your home, but both of your home. As much as you wanted Wakatoshi to take you into consideration, you had not thought about how he might be feeling about certain things.

In the quiet of the night, you heard footsteps before you saw someone approach. While your first thought that it was Wakatoshi, looking for you, your mind quickly started thinking of other, less favorable scenarios about who might be approaching.

But as soon as you saw his figure appear in the distance you knew it was him. He was obviously looking for you, walking with quick, big paces and had not seen you yet. You considered both sneaking away as well as calling out to him, but in the end, opted to do neither and just waited.

You quickly changed your mind however, as he came closer and you could see how panicked he was. You stood up from underneath the pine tree you had been sitting against and moved from underneath it to stand on the path. The low hanging pines had effectively hidden you in their shadow and as soon as you stepped out into the moonlight he noticed you.

The moment that happened he ran the short distance that still separated the two of you and wrapped his arms around you, one of his hands on the back of your head, pressing you into his chest.

"I'm sorry." He told you and you could tell from the sound of his voice that he was really upset. You couldn't bring yourself to say or do anything though. While you recognized that you were also at fault, his outburst had been so unexpected and so unlike him that you still had trouble getting over it.

"I was afraid you'd left, or gotten lost. You left your phone behind, I had no way of finding you." He tightened his hold on you more, to the point where you were actually uncomfortable, but you didn't move. After standing there for a while, he loosened his arms a bit and leaned back a little to look at you. You couldn't bring yourself to look back.

"I know it's not an excuse for what I said, but I've been under a lot of stress from practice lately. Today was exceptionally bad and I guess your comment was just the last straw. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry and if I could take it back I would, but I can't." You had never heard him so emotional and you could no longer stand there doing nothing.

You lifted your hands and grabbed onto the front his coat as you buried your face in it. "I'm sorry too." You said and spent a few moments trying to keep from crying. "You've been so kind, allowing me to stay, for free, and I can't even do simple things like put my shoes away."

"It's okay, I don't care about the shoes anymore. I just want you to feel at home, because it is your home as well. If there's something that's bothering you we should just be able to talk about it and come to a compromise together." He said and you finally looked up at him.

"Okay. But the same goes for you. If there's something going on, please tell me about it, even if it's about volleyball or something else that you might think doesn't interest or concern me. I want to know." He nodded and leaned down to kiss you.

It was only when you felt the heat of his lips that you realized just how cold you were. It seemed Wakatoshi came to the same conclusion as he quickly took off his coat and wrapped you in it. "What kind of boyfriend am I? Chasing you off without a phone or coat in the middle of January. You could have frozen to death."

You were glad for the warmth his coat provided, and his lingering warmth and scent were a nice added bonus. "I would have returned before that happened." You assured him. "It's not like I have anywhere else to go." You said and sighed.

"I think that's probably one of the things that had me on edge. I literally don't have any other place to go if you annoy me or I just need a break, I don't have any friends, all I can do is go take a walk."

He took one of your hands in his and put both of them in the pocket of the coat before he started walking. "Let's find a way to fix that." He proposed as you made your way back home.

When you arrived you took care to put your shoes away neatly and as you stepped further into the entrance hall you saw that all Wakatoshi's coats were now on the left side of the coat rack. That left more than enough space on the lower hooks on the right side for your own coats, which he had already hung up for you.

You turned around and almost bumped into him as he was walking right behind you. Before he could step aside you wrapped your arms around him and once again told him you were sorry.

"I'm sorry too." He hugged you back and you remained like that for a while until you had an idea. You pulled back a little and looked up at him with a grin.

"To help me get warmed up, maybe you can show me how to properly take a bath, the Japanese way." You watched realization set on his face and a grin appeared on his lips as well.

"It would be my pleasure."

A/N:

Surprise!!

Since it's been exactly a year today since I published the first chapter of Tutor, I wanted to do something extra to celebrate. Since we left the previous chapter on quite a cliffhanger, I could think of nothing better than to release the next chapter! ✽-(ˆ▽ˆ)/✽

I hope you liked it!!

In other news, the end is now rapidly approaching (๑•́ㅿ•̀๑) I'm reluctant to put a number of chapters on it, but I would be surprised if there were more than ten left.

I will see you on Sunday for the regular update! ヾ(°∇°*)
