Lolly's POV:

I looked up at him through my wet lashes, holding my arms against my chest. "What I'm saying is, we need to spilt up Lolly. This isn't working." He grumbled, clenching his jaw.

"I-I understand. I know I wasn't worth it, I tried my best to give everything to you, there's just some things that have been holding me back." I sniff, trying not to anger him.

"I'll go- pack... and find somewhere to stay." I mumbled quietly, walking into my room.

I closed the door behind me and walked to my wardrobe, pulling out 2 suitcases from the storage box.

I began to gather as many clothes and supplies as I could, taking my jar of cash that I was using to save up to but Harry a new car.

After 15 minutes, I had stuffed both my suitcases and I zipped them up, standing up.

I tried my best not to cry as I exited the bedroom to see Harry sat on the sofa, his head in his hands. I ignored him as he looked up and my and slipped off my promise ring he gave me, leaving it on the side.

I took out my house keys and put them there too, not daring to look back at him. I slowly opened the door, pushing it with my elbow as I wheeled out my suitcases.

I wheeled them down the path and to the driveway, stopping them beside my car. Unlocking it, I threw my suitcases in the backseat.

(3 months later)

"You need to start looking for more people, Lolly. It's obvious he might not ring you again." My mum sighed, rubbing my hair.

I sniffed, rubbing my eyes and hugging the teddy he bought me on out first date close to my chest. "I know. It's just, I really miss him, you know. I thought everything was going so well, and then he just..." I trailed off, flicking my hand away.

"I know honey. Then maybe you should ring him first." She suggested, raising her eyebrows. "He would decline it within a second, mum."

I ran my hand through my hair, stroking the teddy's fur. "You might as well give it a try. You never know." She chuckled, walking away.

I contemplated what she had said, her words replaying. I mean, it was worth a try, but I'd be so embarrassed if he declined it rejected me.

I sighed, my hands shaking and I pulled out my phone from the desk.
It took me a moment to go onto contacts and when I scrolled down, I saw his contact, still saved as 'My Baby😍🦋'

I took a deep breath, pressing his contact and pressing ring.
It rang twice, before it clicked and I thought it had been declined, before I heard a rough and raspy voice echo through the phone.

"Lolly?" It brought tears to my eyes and I shivered a little, sniffing.

"Hi Harry." I said, biting my nails on my other hand.

"Hi.. Um. How are you?" His raspy voice gave me goosebumps and I bit my lip to hide my smile. "Um, getting there, I guess." I mumbled.

There was silence for a few seconds, making the tension rise. "I'm really sorry for everything. I do regret leaving you, you know. The moment I said it, I knew I fucked up." He said, his voice on the verge of breaking.

Those were the only words I wanted to hear.
"I-I-" Fuck, I couldn't even get my words out.

"If you don't feel the same way, I understand, I just thought I'd get that off my chest."
I quickly snapped out of my panicking trance, getting myself together.

"No, no! I- I do feel the same, I've been wanting to hear that since we split." I said.
"You do? Oh my god, that's the best thing I've heard since." He breathed out. And I could just feel his contagious smile through the phone, in which I returned.

"So. What now?" I asked nervously.
"I was wondering if we could arrange something. To meet up and talk things through."

I grinned, as my mum walked back in the room, looking at me and smiling.
"I would love that, Harry. Sooo. Today or sometime this week?" I smiled.

"I'm off work tomorrow, so we could do something around 2pm."
"That's fine with me, babe."
My eyes widened, realising what I had called him.

"Oh my god, I'm s-"
"God have I missed you calling me that, baby."
I pressed my lips together, my face turning red as my mum chuckled.

"Well, um, where shall we meet tomorrow?"
"That cafe down the road, where we first met, if that's alright?"

"Of course, Hazza. I'll see you there tomorrow, then." I chuckled.

"Wait..." He said, a little anxiously.
I hummed in response, wanting to know what else he needed.

"Stay on the phone a little longer?"
