I silently placed the bag on the floor by the door and walked across the creaking boards. I made it into my parent's room and climbed in the middle of them, "Kova?" Mom whispered looking at me. I smiled but put my fingers to my mouth.
"Daddy," I said quietly.
"Coco, go to bed," He said and paused for a minute, "Coco?!" He sat up wrapping his arms around me, "Jesus, I missed you so much, baby."
"I missed you to dad."
He rocked back and forth with me in his arms, "Hey what's with all the yelling?" Asher said walking in the room. I stood up, "Kova?"
"Hey Ash," I grinned as he attacked me with an aggressive hug.
"I can't belive it's really you."
"It's really me Ash," He smiled happily.
"Where's Mavi?"
"He's uh sleeping."
I don't think Maverick was gonna mind me waking him up especially when tomorrow was only Saturday, "Mavi," I said shaking him awake.
"Kova? You're back-"
"What happened to you're face Maverick?!"
"Oh uh, I got into a fight earlier today."
"With who? Who did this?"
"Uh... James."
"Hes-Hes back?"
"Um yeah, he's back. But I won't let him near you."
"Thanks Mavi."

"Hey, we're gonna have a great first day right?" Kaleo asked little Kova giving tieing her Brugendy Vans. Kaleo techinally was attending her first day with her.
"Yeah," She grinned impationetly waiting for her dad.
"Alright muchkin, grab you're bag." Kova grabbed the small black vans bag and ran out of the apartment.
"Now where are you going so fast there kiddo?" The Doorman Mr. Fansi asked.
"Todays my first day of school."
"Well have fun Kova," He high fived her as Kaleo scooped her up and carried her down the street towards the 7/11.
"Morning Mr. Moore," Kaleo smiled walking in.
"Aye boy, were you going so early in the morning," He laughed knowing it was Kova first day of school.
"Oh, I don't know Kova where we going?" He asked smiled at her.
"School!" She shouted.
"Aww have fun."
Kaleo held Kova's hand as she bounsed happily down the street. When they walked though the doors of the school is was utter chaos. Children screamed and threw fits while parents scolded them.
Kova turned to her dad and put her arm up to be picked up, "You can't leave me here with these people," She told him one she was in his arms.
Though Kaleo noticed it before Kova did, Kova was much different than all the other kids. She wasn't wearing a tutu, or a dress, she was wearing Jeans and a teeshirt with Vans. She looked like smaller female version of her dad. She didn't have a hello kitty backpack or a Ninja turtle lunch box. She definitely stood out when I came to behavior.
Kaleo spotted the crowded table marked Check in, "Alright here we go," He muttered manuvering through the crowd.
"Hello little one and welcome to Kidergarten. What's your name?" A woman asked.
