Chapter 31

Back to MIKKY's POV

i shift slightly, i feel weird... i open my eyes to a dark room, my eyes shift around before landing on Lorrenzo, "Losie!" my voice is weak, everything is weak, my tongue, my thoughts...i move my finger, feeling my body wake up a bit and...it feels heavy, i look over to see mum, dad, John, my brothers sleeping with Jay between them, all of them with their arms around his stomach and a blanket over them, what time is it? 

i look over to the wall to see that it's five o'clock in the morning, i sigh, looking back to Lozie. he looks uncomfortable. sad, very sad, his hair is messie and looks like he hasn't washed in a few days, his hands are tangled with mine while he sits cross legged in the chair and leans over, his chin rested, it doesn't even look like he's sleeping now i really look, he just seems like he's resting his eyes, he looks tired, the bags under his eyes tell me that. he kisses my hand and shifts his hands around mine a bit, he moves his shoulders a bit before settling again, i smirk....but he looks so uncomfortable. 

i decide to move myself over, to the edge of the bed, i won't fall because the little cage things are up, to my movement his eyes open, his body snaps up streight which earns a groan, his face scrunches up, "Lozie, careful!" i say to him and he looks to me and then smiles.

"Mikky!" he smiles.

"sh-" i hush him and nod to the sleeping people, he sighs, i pull his hands, he smiles.

"i'm not allowed!" he says and holds up his arm to show the needle in his arm, my face pales and i lean to it, he moves away, "it's a sedative!" he says and i narrow my eyes.

"why?" i ask and he looks down in shame.

"i-i-" he bites his cheek, "Well, first, when i brought you, i wouldn't let you go, so they had to put me to sleep just so i let the doctors take you, then when i woke up i freaked out, i slapped my dad and punched John, i also wouldn't let anyone touch me, so they put me to sleep again, then when i woke up again, they put security by the door and put this needle in, but i calmed down and they let me wait outside for you without sedatives or anything!" he explains, i look at him in shock, i wouldn't of ever expected that to happen, but that doesn't explain why he has it now. i glance down at it, then back to him, "i attacked a doctor when they tried to check you over again-" he says innocently, i look at him flattly, "what? i don't want anyone touching you, you were poisoned, we don't know by who or anything, plus, your mine, i don't want anyone touching you but me or your brothers, and i don't want anyone to ever touch me but you-" he says firmly, "and my mum and dad because they get angry and...well, their my mum and dad!" he shrugs and i smile, his words are slightly slurred and he occassionally rocks to the side a bit as if he's loosing a bit of balance, i reach for it again, but he moves away, "woah, i'm not allowed it out yet, they said if i'm calm tomorrow i don't have to have it back in until the next time i attack someone!" he says with a smile, i shake my head and reach, taking it out, he looks at it, then his arm, then back to it, "now what do i do?" he asks, i laugh slightly, he looks high, i pull on him again, "Milky, i'm not allowed to get in bed, your heart beat went up when i held your hand, they said if i get in bed with you, your heart beat would be too high, and less energy towards your healing-" then he hums, "but your awake now, right?" he asks, i shake my head no and laugh, "oh...." he seems so clueless, his eyes droop and shut, before he snaps them open again.

"Lorrenzo, when was the last time you slept?" i ask worriedly, he looks at me closely, he squints his eyes a bit as they unfocus from exhaustion.

"mmm-" he hums, then shuts his eyes, "uh-" he thinks, "what day is it?" he asks and i raise my brow, "oh, you've been in a coma, you wouldn't know, silly!" he pats my hand and laughs slightly, "maybe they would know!" he says and turns to them, "Mum!" he whisper yells.
